in free foreclosure help

I would like to apologize to my readers that tried to register at my new forum at www.LoanModification.org/forum. Apparently I had the new registrant mode turned off so no one could sign up. I relieved a few emails alerting me to this and I appreciate that.

So now the forum is ready for people to sign up

As I mentioned before. I WILL HELP YOU FOR FREE! All I ask is that you post your story on www.LoanModification.org with our new community and I will respond and start taking action.

The reason I started the forum was from the overwhelming response on my blog and the phone calls I have been getting at all hours of the day. I don’t mind that. In fact I love that my message is getting out. I juts figured for this to really work for everyone. A forum would be the perfect medium to handle my clients loan modifications and loan workouts.

When you join and share your story and with me responding in a public forum, it will only help other people who visit the forum and they will be encouraged to share also. Thus it will create a community of homeowners that can share and learn from each other. Plus I will actively respond with expert advice and help.

I also plan to involve many more experts as the forum grows.

So, let’s unite and help me by joining my forum for free and let’s start sharing and helping one another. Please go to www.LoanModification.org/forum to register and let’s start building our own SAFE community and doing our part to help other people avoid foreclosure.

I tried to join and it said that it was disabled by the administrator. I would love to have you help me negotiate with AMC next week.

Dear Homeowner in distress. I have created a website called http://www.freedomloan90.com in hope to assist those facing foreclosure. I am a scam artist

Sorry about that Cece! I fixed the problem now. So, please register and tell your story in as much detail as possible. We will work on your making sure AMC handles your properly this next week.

The forum will be great because we can communicate there most of the time. Yes, we will talk on the phone but the forum will give us open communication 24 hours a day.

Thanks for alerting me to this!

Jacqueline,

Contact Wachovia right away, let them know what is going on. Have all of your mortgage info for your second available when you call. Ask to speak with someone in loss mitigation. Have you already spoken with them?

My husband & I are haveing trouble paying first and 2nd mortages.
We are 3 months behind. We are trying to work out something
with the first mortage comapny but I don’t know if they can
help us. The 2nd mortage comapny doen’t want to be bothered. We
also have alot out standing credit cards which are up to date. I
really don’t know what to do from here. We also been looking
for a 2nd job. We also used all our moneys to pay our mortage.
We have nothing left. Can you help us have our home?
