I’m a psoitive guy. I try to look at the good things and work towrds improving things. I don’t point fingers and say they did this and they did that. That approach is completely counter productive. However, I am a realist also. I look at what is, is. Plain and simple. And what is, is that the wave has just begun to form and a tsunami is rapidlt building. This wave isn’t just going to reach our beautiful shores of the US but every nook and cranny across the nation. The implications will be huge. How huge? Only time will tell.
This website is operated by me. My name is Maurice but a lot of peole call me Moe. Call me whatever you like. I’m here as one man trying to get the message to people that are facing foeclsoure that there is help out there. You are not alone and you don’t have to give in to any bullying tactics or scammer trying to use your vulnerablilities for their profit.
We are in for a long haul and I truly do not see any way out of this anytime soon. There are just way too many people who took on ARM mortgages at real hight loan to values. Many are sitting in homes they purchased at 100% and now they are worth less. In some cases tens of thousnads of dollars less. With no where to refinance and a real estate market that is about as dead as it gets, what is a person to do?
Law makers on capital hill, housing authorties, lenders, wall street and non-profits are working hard to find solutions and band aids to cove thge gaping wounds in our country’s economy. Meanwhile people lives and credit are being washed down the drains and forgotten because every day there is more victims to take their place.
With trillions of dollars worth of ARM loans to set to adjust over the next few years and a real estate market that is declining. I don’t see this madness ending any time soon. But I will do my best to work towards solutions and spread the word to my fellow Americans.
Let’s unite and work together at helping each other.

Missed my July payment and here we are in August and just about ready to make my July payment, so basically running about 5 to 6 weeks behind. Countrywide won’t restructure my payment so I can carry that month over to the next months…now I read I should not even agree to that…should be something more realistic for me…will the HOPE people help?
Good day Alex!
I’m sorry about your situation. My question to you is “If they work with you can you realistically catch up and maintain these payments?” The key here is maintain and don’t agree to something just because they will work with you. You can always counter their offer for a loan modification to better terms.
Why did you become late in the first place? I would definitely seek help with a non-profit or legit for profit firm that can negotiate for you if your having trouble. Just make sure they know what they are doing.
I wish you the best of luck!
Moe
