There are no investors, real estate agents or scammers pedaling their services. Why? Because they just give you advice that will help them make money. So, if you want to save your home, then talk with people who want the same thing and get advice from people who don’t stand to gain form your misfortune.

Please come tell your story and let your voice be heard in this unique one of a kind forum. I also invite non-profits to please participate and share whatever information they can to help the many homeowners that visit my websites daily.

Best Regards,

If I have had a modification in the past, would I be able to qualify for another one. Been a bad few years…I’ll spare details. Just want to know the probability. Thanks

Called them.. they were more interested in pushing a DMP to me than helping me with a workout of my loan. Basically told me to call Homecomings. What a joke! Ive been calling Homecomings who basically said we cant help you. Well fine homecomings you can take a 100k bath on my house.

The hope alliance is the biggest JOKE of this century. They do virtually nothing. I called them & the counseller said that she will schedule a counselling session with the lender. The counseller did not even pick up my call after that nor returned any of my phone calls.

Done have any hope onthis HOPE NOW……… They just get your hopes up & leave them to shatterd once again….

Listen guys,

Foreclosure will continue to get worse throughout 2009. All this will serve to do is drive values down even further, and fuel the engine of further foreclosure, especially as distressed owners take out their frustration on the homes before leaving.

The counseling agencies are trained counselors; they have very little technical knowledge about RESPA, Preditory Lending, Forensic file examination or real estate.

I have had over 15 years in this industrry and I am also a software designer. I have designed the smartest operating system that does the intake and diagnosis of file in 30 minutes and obtain a resolution in minutes of getting in touch with the lenders. The on-line consumer version will be available on July 15th. and every consumer will be able to do their own file and upload it to the counseling agency or attorney for action.
For more information, please call (561) 202-7939.
