I hear so many stories of homeowners being victimized by predatory lenders. Often these lenders contacted them on the telephone. This is also known as telemarketing.
There are good mortgage companies that do this. But the facts are that most of them are predators. You know, SHARKS! Stay away from them. Also stay away from solicitations for foreclosure rescue companies. Most of these companies are the scammers that scammed homeowners in the first place. Now they are reincarnated as foreclosure prevention firms. Yes, scary isn’t it?
It’s like taking your chances of swimming in shark infested waters and with sharks that are VERY, VERY hungry!

Thanks for the support. Believe it or not, I do get hate emails and calls. Typically it is the anti-homeowner that thinks ALL homeowners speculated and bought homes they cannot afford. I actually spell really well but I cannot type worth a damn.
It really means a lot to me when I get a comment like this because it shows people appreciate what I am doing. As you can see, I do not put ads on my blog or Googles adsense. I want to keep it clean and FREE without outside advertisements. It takes me many, many hours a week to do this and it’s nice to see that someone is sticking up for the big Moe!
