Many of these conversations start out like this: “Hi, Moe! It’s really you and your a real person.” laughs on both sides. ” Who are you and why do you do this?”
Yes, everyone I am a real person. lol ………… I’m just a regular guy who saw a HUGE need to fill on the internet that wasn’t being met by ANY other website or person. Most of the websites give little or no information and it really irritates me because that is what the internet is for. It’s the information super highway. It’s not the promote my business super highway or the fluff and BS super highway.
The responses that I have received has been just overwhelmingly AWESOME! It has caused me to take up the fight full time and dedicate my working days solely to fighting for the homeowner and the laws that protect them. It is now my passion and I plan to dedicated the rest of my life to this cause. A big decision, yes. But the best decisions I have ever made.
I knew in my gut that I was doing something BIG!
The contacts and relationships that I have formed have been absolutely incredible. There are people that I would have never met and friendships I would have never formed if it wasn’t for this little blog and my forum.
Never in my life have I received so many thank yous and expressions of gratitude for my work. That in itself is payment in full for my time and effort.
I wanted to share some pictures of my family with my readers to keep it personal and not so blah. These are the people that keep me sane and are my support system at home. I love them all very much!
Chase. He is 9 years old and will turn 10 in December. As you can see, he is quite the character. This kid has the biggest heart in the world. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body and is a driving force in my life to do what is right and have fun doing it.

That was a good message. You are right, your family is irreplaceable. I work for an Attorney in Florida and we are trying to HELP people short sale and modify their mortgages. A lot of these couples we are working with are in divorce or ready to divorce.
In stressful times like this, people tend to blame and take what they see as failure — anger/rage out on the people they love the most instead of pulling together and working as a team.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on this post. This by far is my most important message and I am glad you recognized that. I know there are a lot of families as you mentioned that are going through this turmoil and it will cause many to break a part and it’s a sad casualty of this foreclosure crisis.
