A New Device is Being Offered to Homeowners That are Seeking a Loan Modification From Their Lender

Lenders have designed a new device that will help delinquent and struggling homeowners who seek help from their lender. Apparently it will work in concert with their loss mitigation teams in India and compliment their state of the art loss mitigation strategies here in the states that they have been working so hard to perfect.

Supposedly this new tool will help struggling borrowers who call their lender’s loss mitigation department because they will now have something constructive to do while they wait on hold, get hung up on, transferred into space, multiple lost faxes, and receive abusive debt collection tactics from their great employees.

I think this is the best thing that lenders have come up with yet and definitely the most money they have spent on their loss mitigation efforts! Maybe we will see more innovative strategies like this coming out in the near future? Only time will tell.

In the mean time, jump on the wheel with a couple million other homeowners!

I need one of these for our office. Gives the agents something to do while WASTING their time begging lenders to come to their senses.

I was referred to the Hope line by a congressman and I called and talked to what seemed to be a very nice young man and he took down all of the informaton that needed to be and said that they would be calling my mortgage company and that I would hear from them in about a week or two.

Time went by and I did not hear from the mortgage company but I did get a letter from the Hope Line and they said that if I was unable to pay my mortgage payment due to lack of funds that I should just go back to work.

That would be great if I were not an older person and most of all handicapped which I had told the party that I talked to that I was handicapped and about to lose my home.

Sooooo here I am right back at square one same place I was this time last month.

Thanks for letting me blow my cork I feel like I am going to have a major heart attack and if so I can only hope it is fatal.

I called the Adult Protection Service and was told that when I lost the house and was on the streets to just remember we all “have to go one time as another” and then the person on the other end hung the phone up.
