March 3 (Bloomberg) — The Bush administration will release within weeks proposals that address deficiencies in the regulation and functioning of U.S. financial markets, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said.
“We’re looking at the mortgage-origination process, we’re looking at the securitization process, we’re looking at rating agencies, we’re looking at disclosure issues, we’re looking at capital issues and regulatory issues,” he said in an interview today with Bloomberg Television. More specifics will come “in the weeks ahead,” he said.

I listen tonight to everything that was said and I just can’t get out of my mind what Mr. Angelo Mozilo, said about wanting to help peoples make good on their home loans. My self and My husband have been going back and forth with countrywide customer service peoples about ours mortgage payments. We have miss one month of not making a payment and this was back in august of 2007 and we have paid for that maketake over and over unstill this day. It is hell dealing with these peoples. We keep getting the same thing over and over again from them this month was late and that month was late. We have been faxing proof of payments and everytime we get prove from of bank for that month they come up with another month that we were late and then we get the prove that that was paid. This has been going on for about 4 months now. We have ours prove but we can’t seen to talk to anyone that will help us clear this matter up. We keep getting different peoples to talk to and when you think that you can call that person back at the extention they give you, you can’t every reach that person at all. We just need some help getting this matter clear up. I have so much more to say about what is going on with this matter, they are telling us that ours house will go into foreclosure if we don’t make july of 2007 payment but we have the papers from ours bank that it was drafted from ours account from country. We fax that statement still have not heard from anyone. We have been told that they will email the last person that we spoke with to call us about the fax and we never get that call at all. Also we were told that september of 2007 was late. We fax that paper work in from the bank. Everytime they come up with a new month late after we fax prove of the payment in. It is messing my husband credit up. We need some help getting this matter clear up. Please will someone tell us what we can do to get this matter clear up. They connected us with someone in another country to talk about the mortgage payment that was a bigger headache. My husband try to get somehelp from a loan office here where we live they couldn’t help us with the matter. It was the same place that we went to to get the loan. I hope that maybe Mr. Angelo Mozilo can help us to get ours mortgage trouble clear up.
