		<description>It looks like the customers of Bank of America have a defense, if the government helped the banks, out of taxpayers&#039; pocket, then them must do something to help the customers to stay in their homes, and the help must be substantial, otherwise, the taxpayers can counterclaim and demand the bank to pay off the amount of that federal help given by president.</description>
