Hired a Bankruptcy Attorney and Loan Modification in hopes to save our home. Bankruptcy process was a nightmare of confusion. The Loan Modification company told us the documents for our home loan Modification are on there way to us. (2nd attempt) Each day we wait patiently then my son brings us a notice off the front door stating that our home had been SOLD!!!! What how could this have happened?? I can explain how this made me feel. Can anyone tell me how this can happened without warning or some type of notice. I look everyday to see what homes have been added to the foreclosure list. Not once did I see ours being one of them. Can anyone PLEASE tell me something?? Have we really just lost everything? One of the websites that helped many so far is www.loansafe.org they have forums for everyone in these situations & by different banks. or you can always contact an attorney as well.
