Are you one of the millions of Americans about to lose your home or apartment? Is the bank calling you constantly because you can’t make your monthly mortgage payments on time? Are you half of a couple that’s being torn apart because of your home? Or are you a teenager who might lose everything—home, friends, neighborhood—if you’re forced to move with a parent because they’ve defaulted on the mortgage?
Have you lost your home in a divorce? Is your building being demolished to make way for a luxury condo? Are you a renter suddenly faced with eviction because your landlord has lost the house? Where will you go? How will you live?

From the articles of yours that I have read. It appears you are enticing people to cheat and defraud the system. Why would you encourage people to look for ways to get out of a legal debt? Are you insane? By doing this, you are shifting the burden to the rest of the country to pay the price. Nothing is free in this life and this trickles down to others.
If you truly are looking to help these people you should be putting your money where your mouth is, that is if you truly believe in these stories….
I truly believe that alot of homeowners today are in this situation because of fraudulant mortgage companies who tell you your mortgage will be $3200 and when you get to the table to close ont he deal the real mortgage is $3200 on a first loan and $1800 on the second loan now giving you a mortgage of $5000.00 which you know you can’t afford however, by then you have already packed and waiting for your closing date so when you sit at the table you have no choice but to sign since it all sounded so good and you have made all the changes to move into your so called “DREAM HOME” only to find out you’ve been jerked, the home now needs about $30,000 in repairs that were hidden from you and you were misled, and now you fall back on your mortgage payments and all the bank can offer is an apology and the change to modify your loan something that may or may not work. At my closing my fees were over $38,000 surely some one robbed me, but too late now I’m losing my home, and that’s my story. Perhaps what the goverment should do is intervene and help us truly save our homes by forcing the banks to make the payments affordable of course they sold a dream they couldn’t make good on and now we have no DREAM HOME it’s a true nightmare. Banks should be penalized BADLY for having allowed this loans to go through while the innocent buyer has screwed up his life and the Mortgage brokers enjoy theirs.
