The broker that I first talked to fudge on my income stating that I was making $3200.00 a month and that I was self employed when in actuality I was and still am disabled going on for about 8 yrs . I even have a letter from countrywide that they were bussiness partners and I know for a fact that countrywide paid the broker a nice fat finders bonus when they submitted my application with fraudlent information regarding my income and source of income. I was put into a loan that I could not afford. I've defaulted on my loan and I'm in forecloseure. I can't afford an attourney to sue countrywide being on disability my total income is only $646.00 a month . I've tried to do a workout with countrywide ,but they say I don't have enough income,but yet they approved the loan that they are now saying I don't have enough income to qualify for a loan mod. I would like to sue countrywide for reckless lending . I need to legal representation to avoid losing my home. I've been in my home for 18 yrs and I don't want to lose it. This is a cry for help.
