What federal agency regulates AHMSI??? Does anyone know? The supervisors there believe that they are NOT under ANY federal regualtor. They refuse to accept payment documentation by fax from clients and proceed with unwarranted foreclosures. I need a little help. Anyone with info on who to complain to... Thank You

Apparently there are predatory, fraudulent and deceptive actions being taken by AHMSI, American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. , against mortgage clients... many in good standing with their former mortgage companies. The stories are shocking. This situation seems to be going unnoticed by talk show hosts, the MSM media and regulatory agencies. But there is plenty of info & complaints on the web.

Their offices seem to be in Irving, Texas and therefore any actions to bring them to account and control their predatory schemes must be taken in Texas.

Is there a central web site that can be used for all (hundreds) of these people to rally their resources and precipitate action? A class action suite may be the answer.
