Privileged Loan Safe Communication with ASC:
Loan Safe: Spoke with Dannette (id# O9T) and Bryce (id # KL1). Both parties at ASC have advised they didn’t receive the modification package yet. Both parties also advised that they don’t have capability to receive faxes themselves and/or their supervisors. Also note that both individuals advised that the homeowner shouldn’t have waited so long and it’s her fault for waiting until the last moment. I advised she is an elderly woman who had very serious medical issues. This seemed to not faze them. Bryce even advised he has a hard time feeling any emotions for Ms. Roberts due to her home being worth over 800k while he is sitting in his 80,000 home in Ohio. Both individuals advised there’s nothing they can do even after speaking with their managers and advised to leave it chance that the documents will get scanned in sometime during the night.
Loan Safe Manager: It is my intention to email the text of your message directly to someone at ASC that might actually give a damn. I agree she waited too long, but if she is old and possibly incompetent (legally, not pejoratively), I would think that ASC would be open to taking action. As for the 2 negotiators telling you they do not have access to faxes or email is again, ludicrous.
Yes, but it is more than ludicrous. Its abuse and they keep abusing American citizens and we, the people, the FDIC, OTC and the FTC need to stop these creeps now!
Wells Fargo’s mortgage servicing unit, American Servicing Company, ASC, has to be one of the absolute worst and most abusive debt collectors in the entire world. I have been studying and working with this group of debt collecting thugs for over a year now and it has to be the biggest ponzi scam that continues to operate in complete anonymity like some rogue warlord in a distant African country that every citizen is deathly afraid of.
Sometime I feel like I am in some twilight zone episode with uncaring and coached zombie-like employees and this big monster like the blob that no one sees as it gobbles up homes and people one by one.
The big difference is that this is the United States of America and this should not happen here. Right? Wrong, because it is.
Today, ASC is foreclosing on another home that could have been saved. Another homeowner and in this case, an elderly and single woman. A lady who will now be homeless and Loan Safe have determined that they can keep this home and that there are serious legal violations on the mortgage.
I have seen so many elderly people lose their homes to predatory lending, elderly abuse and predatory servicing etc….. It has to stop and it has to stop now!
Attention Wells Fargo and ASC, you WILL be exposed and I will be a big thorn in your side until you change the way you do business with the good people of this country who are suffering as a result of your rogue behavior towrds people who reach out for help. Just wait!
