My dad is in desperate need of a loan modification. He came across National Consumer Attorney Group. Ring a bell? He’s sent out his information to them, but has not given any money yet. This is how they do it. 1st my dad needs to pay $1000 for the first set of papers to be processed. 2nd pay another $1000 to have another set of papers to be processed. lastly $400 after everything is done total of $2400. Does this sound fishy at all by any chance a scam? He’s speaking with a man name STEVE CONZONE again ring a bell? Please if you have any positive or negative feed back on this company please, please let me know. My dad is a wonderful helpful person and i’m doing everything i can to find more information on this company to make sure it’s legit.

I’ll make this short and to the point as I’m sure a lot of you have similiar stories: American Law Firm said they would refund all money if a loan modification was not completed. I received the run around, hung up on, etc by member of their staff. DO NOT USE AMERICAN LAW FIRM OR NICHOLAS HEDDING. They are only interested in extracting fees out of you and had the audacity to ask me for more money weeks after they closed the case! They are awful and don’t know what they are doing.

Its truly amazing to me a single divorced mother of three young kids put my faith in mike luchens hands!!!! i tried calling him numerous times on his cell @914 316 9486 always his voicemail would go on! have a powerful day it would state! my days are ruined because of mike luchen and the loss of my home!!!!!!! with tears in my eyes i cry myself to sleep every nite

Any one who has been misled or defrauded by guardain modification or any other loan mod group should immediately contact the State Attorney General and federal banking authorities- and their State and fedeal senators – currently there is an investigation going on- it was just on the new last night- Senator John D. Rockefeller is chairing this

negotitation center of america is a total scam. they tell you upfront that they can get your loan modified and if not they will refund your money. this is not true. they do nothing then when your house is gone they are gone too.

Never give sharks money to do a loan modification.
Many crooks and shister bad law firms have fancy websites, ads on the radio and signs even on the corner —- They will not do anything but take your money.

LENDQEST SCAM…..If they don’t do what they promise and get you the loan modification they stated in writing but still take your money…..is that a scam?

LENDQUEST SCAM? I’m not sure, but they definitely didn’t get me the loan modification as they promised (and what they gave me in writing). To make this somewhat short, LENDQUEST of Sherman Oaks, CA in association with the Law Offices of David Rosenberg is one of these” loan modification” companies. They want $1500 up front and $1500 after an agreement has been met with the bank. They do no work or negotiation what-so-ever. They promised one loan modification, stating they agreed with our bank, which was a lie. They had no backup or paperwork to support this offer from the bank. I called them out on it and then they claimed they re-negotiated a better deal, which was another lie. It was worse than the original deal. All they did was get the loan mod paperwork sent to us from our bank, which gave us a trial period, not the promised loan mod for 5+ years, the lower rate, or the maximum % rate cap. They also tried to process payment on my credit card multiple times without consent. The “lawyer” wasn’t involved at all in any of the negotiations.

MY RECOMMENDATION…DO NOT USE LENDQUEST!
