I am in Default of Foreclosure on my Mobile Home inside a MH park. I would like help to save my home and maybe a loan motification will help. I pay property taxes and claim my property taxes on my income taxes. I was told if I do that that my mobile home is a chattle/real property. please let me know if it is possible. I have already gone through a Money mangement counseling and workshop. I do not want to lose my home, I am 58 yrs. old and would be homeless. Also, do you have a program to help on my rental space in my MH park? Thank-you

I am a single mother with 2 children, I have had loss of income and my daughter was sick for 3 months, i had to take time off work to be with her. I am looking for some help to save my home, I don’t have the money for an attorney. Is there someone here that can help me?

I tried everything and need assistance before I loose my home. I applied for a Loan through Hemap CCS, MMIphases.com. I sent in a Work-out package and nothing yet, I am 4 four months behind and just got a job to proceed and need a forebearance plan but my mortgage company has me still in review for 96 days what should I do. THey do not give any status. I called 96 times since December 13. and never heard back and when I call they have no updates. This is scary, I intent to keep my home. What should I do? Please advise.
