The state attorney general’s office is suing four Miami companies for allegedly charging customers upfront fees for loan-modification services in violation of Florida law.
Named in the suit filed Wednesday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court are: Mortgage Crisis Solutions Association, Property Solutions Specialists, One Source Communications and Nationwide Financial Partners. Principals Donald R. Gillette and Flynn McCarthy also were sued.
The defendants are accused of charging homeowners in foreclosure as much as $2,995 for loan modification services but not providing any services. The attorney general’s office also accuses the defendants of offering legal services to customers, which it says constitutes the unauthorized practice of law.
The state obtained an injunction freezing the assets of Mortgage Crisis Solutions and Gillette, identified as the company’s owner.
Earlier this week, the state filed suit against another Miami loan-modfication service firm, Lincoln Lending Services. The state has filed five lawsuits against companies and reached settlements with five others. The attorney general’s office also has 39 active investigations.

There is a new Loan Modification scammer named “Justice For All” where the Attorney has previously committed mortgage fraud and is still practicing Law. What does it take for these people to stop stealing from the honest hard workind citizens in Miami.
Well Mr. Attoney General Bill MCcollon why is it That the same attorneys continue running the mortgage fraud scam just under a different LLC. For example ‘Justice for All’ attorney is under investigation for commiting mortgage fraud under a different law office name. now he is even doing a spanish show on channel 22 pushing for his seminars. Just like his neigbor from Lincoln mortgage. Doesn’t that seem odd to anyone especially in law enforcement?
There seems to be a ton of activity in Fl. with the AG and others. Florida has been ground zero for all financial crimes for decades.
Read the California papers.

I recently worked for an Attorney that charged one of his clients $44,000 for a loan mod and foreclosure defense for a two year period and the client lost her home to a bank sale and the Attorney was not aware of the foreclosure sale. fortunately, the woman pleaded for mediation which temp allowed her to stay in the home. This just happened in Miami Dade. This is a heart breaker.
People you do not have to keep paying your Attorney until eviction use your minds.
These lawyers and banks will end up behind bars soon.
