question- are there any resources out there to help with a modification without asking for a upfront fee, it does not make sense to put more stress on a homeowner to come up with an outrageous payment in order to get relief from a high interest rate to an affordable payment, I Feel that lenders are still taking advantage of people situation. any suggestion are feedback?
