Steven Craig Feldman and his Feldman Law Center gang did the same thing to me. Feldman’s smooth talking and liar salesman sold me false hope that they could and would get me a loan modification. Charged me an upfront fee of $3500, then did almost nothing but string me along with lies and excuses. Instead of a loan modification, I received nothing but bad advice and lies from Feldman and his staff, stress, which has had a negative affect on my overall health, and significant financial loss. As a result, I am worse off than I was when I hired Steven Craig Feldman and his Feldman Law Center.

Steven Craig Feldman is now under investigation by the California State Bar. I am waiting to see if they will hold him accountable for the homeowners he has harmed.

America is proving to be the home of political and corporate crooks and cowards. Who will stand-up for the working class who holds this country economy backs? What decisions are being made that continue to allow these crooks to steal the shirts off the backs of the working-class? When will our political representatives put an end this corporate corruption?

i to have been ripped off by federal loan mod i had a stroke and i was promised you dont have to worry i promise you we are get your house payment cut in half what a joke he has made of my life now im in forecloser do you know people get put inio prison for less than what these people have done. just think everyone i have read about here has been ripped off for over 500.00 dollars that would constant a felony for every time this is done this should be major prisin time not just a loss of their license.this person is a attorny does this give him a right to steal millions of dollars from the poor people of this country and walk out with a slap on the hand. one time 25 yrs ago i took a credit card that didnt belong to me i charged 2000.00 on it i was charged with a felony after 25 yrs i still cant get a job this guy stole 1500.00 from me now i cant get my money back just like the rest of these people and the state wants to give him a a slap on the hand.do you see a problem here………

I have too fallen for this scam my family needs help and the money due to us returned. It has effected our credit and put us quite behind on mortgage. If there is a class action lawsuit please contact me. This Nabile Anz, owner of FLM should be in jail. I know he was recently Disbarred in California, but he is like Madoff. He should be forced to pay us all back. He should rot in jail for the rest of his life!

Some time has passed, Just wanted everyone to know that Nabile Anz (owner of FLM) was recently Disbarred in California and cannot practice law there after stealing millions from his clients. To me, this is not good enough. I still think that they should liquidate all his assets and send his ass to jail for all the misery he and his company have caused! I’m sure all you people feel the same way. I would’nt count on getting your money back as they closed the doors on this character’s business. What a loser! If they don’t send him to jail…what will prevent him from practicing in another state?

We’re in if there’s a class action. We were taken for $4,190.00 in Jan 2009. Been trying like crazy to get any of it back. Have contacted my credit card company, but was informed that there is a time limit to fraud claims. Will call them again with this new information.
We are getting ready to hit the “red button” in personal finance.

My husband and I were scammed for $4,190.00 in Jan 09. I have not been able to get anyone to help me get my money back. I paid with a credit card, however, even they cannot help me as there is apparently a timelimit for “fraud” on that too.
Is there anyone who knows a really good, and cheap, attorney to help? We are now looking at bankruptcy!

Thanks Jeff for the info about going to my bank. I have submitted a claim disputing the $2000 that I feel FedMod stole frome me I hope I get some of it back.
