Michael Trimarco and his crew are CRIMINALS, and have been barely brought to justice by the FTC and Attorney General. Same they stole so much from so many, and barely paid a DIME.

I was charged $3,700.00 for a short sale which was originally by a guy named Matt Merenoff of Mahwah, NJ who had told me not to do a bankruptcy and was the worse thing to do and during the whole time he had promised me I would get out of the situation I was in. I now have been running to the courts to delay the sale. I was told by a friend that the sale should have been stopped by the bank if they had a short sale going active which didn’t make sense to me. I am now being told that the best thing to do is to look for a bankruptcy attorney after being charged and told not to do this from the beginning of the whole process. I could have saved all this time by spending my money on a attorney to do the BK with money left over and all this time stressing over my home,

These guys are doing this same thing AGAIN under a different name! My in-laws were talked into giving them money, with no results of course. The company now is called either Hays and Associates, or Hays Law Center, located in Irvine California. The website HAYSANDASSOCIATES.COM was registered by Scott Karl on April 7th 2009 with GoDaddy.com. They were also working through a website called MYLEGALCASES.COM as Hays Law Center.

Steven Craig Feldman and his Feldman Law Center gang did the same thing to me. Feldman’s smooth talking and liar salesman sold me false hope that they could and would get me a loan modification. Charged me an upfront fee of $3500, then did almost nothing but string me along with lies and excuses. Instead of a loan modification, I received nothing but bad advice and lies from Feldman and his staff, stress, which has had a negative affect on my overall health, and significant financial loss. As a result, I am worse off than I was when I hired Steven Craig Feldman and his Feldman Law Center.

Steven Craig Feldman is now under investigation by the California State Bar. I am waiting to see if they will hold him accountable for the homeowners he has harmed.

America is proving to be the home of political and corporate crooks and cowards. Who will stand-up for the working class who holds this country economy backs? What decisions are being made that continue to allow these crooks to steal the shirts off the backs of the working-class? When will our political representatives put an end this corporate corruption?

i to have been ripped off by federal loan mod i had a stroke and i was promised you dont have to worry i promise you we are get your house payment cut in half what a joke he has made of my life now im in forecloser do you know people get put inio prison for less than what these people have done. just think everyone i have read about here has been ripped off for over 500.00 dollars that would constant a felony for every time this is done this should be major prisin time not just a loss of their license.this person is a attorny does this give him a right to steal millions of dollars from the poor people of this country and walk out with a slap on the hand. one time 25 yrs ago i took a credit card that didnt belong to me i charged 2000.00 on it i was charged with a felony after 25 yrs i still cant get a job this guy stole 1500.00 from me now i cant get my money back just like the rest of these people and the state wants to give him a a slap on the hand.do you see a problem here………

I have too fallen for this scam my family needs help and the money due to us returned. It has effected our credit and put us quite behind on mortgage.
