If I did deed in march , how the tittle company from wachovia and wellsfargo aka us bank , a clear a tittle on a house to a new buy ,when the old buyer still own the house from march -new owner buys on new owner just few months after march buyer ! If a tittle search was was did they would have saw ! March owner still on this house ! They not ckecking nothing just selling on its all good if u got the money ! Fraud realistate fraud , tittle insurance fraud . Realistate need to change to like a car title ! So before u get a change on hand ! Goverments make sure their not a owner before all this place place ! Cause realistate ! Their nobody ckeck it ! U file a deed then house your ! But if the real owner report stolen then u get caught ! What if real owner don't find out onto 2 year later , then his house been took from fraud ! Then now that at a court of law ! Which would be hell to a owner !
