We have made many many calls to this company and keep getting the runaround from each call made. They hasseled us to send them the $1000.00 and told us that they would stop the forclosure and we were told not to make any more payments to the mortgage company. I was always a misdst about that statement but I thought these were legitamite people working to help famalies keep their home. I am so out raged that we have blood suckers in this country that would go after famalies that have worked hard all their lives to provide a decent home for their children and just walk up and take advantage of us. I am truly outraged upset and especially hurt. I would not have believed unless it had happened to us directly. This is a dirty shame that these people are getting away with hundreds and thousands of dollars while we are loosing our homes. What can be done now that we have given our money to them and have not paid the mortgage company??? I am devestated over the loss of my business due to the economy.I need serious help and guidance. my home is with us modification corp. in New York.Brian butler is the law firm handling my modification since feb. 2009.I had to make sure I paid all the money up front to anthony from us modification corp.,1877-280-2333 0r Brian,s office at 631-207-8310. My lawyer,TIM from that office left me a message saying my application was with the us Attorney general's adivocacyhome mod. program. They never keep me up to date with my situation.They said I am crazy for calling.I told them that I have lost everything in my life and they do not care. can I mod. my commercial build?
