This Bad Biz Finder blog and the slanderous author, Erin Baldwin has been a thorn in my side for a few months now. She is spreading lies about me all over the internet and has went after dozens of lawyers, bloggers, the California BAR, the DRE and the list of innocent people can go on and on.
What Ms. Balwin needs to understand is that you can exercise your right to free speech and blog your little heart out all day long. But it better be the truth and if you hurt people and their businesses over lies, you will be sued Ms. Baldwin.
The Bad Biz Finder blog and the holier than thou Erin Baldwin have been served a lesson from a California Judge in the form and injunction and fine of $604,515.60. WOW!

Hummmm..where’s your follow up? Erin Baldwin tried to save all of us from the scumbag James Parsa aka: child rapist. The truth is an absolute defense. Erin will prevail in her appeal. To bad people like you, Parsa and the inefficient State Bar of CA prevented Erin from spreading the TRUTH not lies about Parsa. I am one of thousands of innocent homeowners who were scammed by Parsa. He took money upfront from me under the pretense of helping me secure a loan modification. all parsa did was pocket my money and do nothing. I am now in foreclosure.
