It looks like the infamous blogger in her own mind, Erin Baldwin and her incredibly slanderous blog, Bad Biz Finder have finally been silenced and rightfully so. As mentioned in my previous blog post, Ms. Baldwin had went our og her way to discredit me, my websites or anyone who advertised on them.
In her weak attempts to help consumers avoid scams, she appeared to become disillusional before our very eyes as she ended up calling anyone and everyone that had a pulse and business a scammer. Apparently in her world, if you were not Erin Baldwin, then you must be a scum bag. S
he did this against countless people by blogging BS and starting bogus rip off report claims to discredit bloggers, law firms, associations, federal agencies etc to the point where she was sued for slander by a California law firm. I guess the judge agreed and she lost that case BIG TIME TO THE TUNE OF OVER $600,000′s!
Still, even after she lost the lawsuit and had court orders placed on her, she continued to slander and go after everyone that talked about or was any way tied to the loan modification industry. From legitimate lawyers, to the president of the California BAR, to the commissioner of the Department of Real Estate, her blog had no boundaries for her slanderous posting attacks and I think that was a big mistake.
Maybe it is because she has no money and if you are sued and loose a lot of money, but you have none, what is the big fricken deal, right???!!!
Yes, some of the firms she named on her blog are well known scams and she could have gone somewhere if she stayed on course, but NOT every blogger, lawyer or person helping consumers on Main Street or who disagrees with your views is a scammer. You simply cannot go around and attack everyone because you think that the first amendment will protect you.
Obviously the good judge here in California thinks you lie and tthankfully, WordPress.com, the free blogging platform she used to spread lies, slander and hurt people has shut her blog down for good.
But something tells me that a woman like Erin Baldwin will not go away and keep quiet so easily. Please stay tuned victims of Bad Biz Finder and Erin Baldwin, I am SURE we willbe hearing more from the BS’ing Ms. Baldwin, sooner rather than later.
Maybe she is reading this with her Moe voodoo doll sticking needles in my eyes. I wouldn’t be surprised…….
