We asked for our money back because they didn't do anything and they answered us with vulgarities and rudeness. They taunted that they were not going to refund us & we could not do anything about it. They scammed us & didn't do their job that they were supposed to. They gave us a guarantee & promise and did not deliver any services for what they got paid and didnot live up to there guarantee. Damage Resulting = Tremendous duress, physical & mental anguish in trusting this company when we were at our lowest point to try and save our house; all the promises they made to us saying how they were going to get our loan modification the whole year of promising after hundreds of calls; and giving us a guarantee that if they didn't deliver an offer we would be refunded. What little money we had to move; they misled us & took advantage against our vulnerabilities. Talked to David Dugmoore, the most rudest, vulgar person ever dealt with! This company Pierce, Taylor, & Budrow is a bigtime fraud and scammer playing on people's vulnerabilities for help in this trouble economic time. I am telling you from first-hand experience because we gotted ripped off by this company; Also be aware of the recruiter called Shannon Ottoman & Sarah Faller, from Pierce, Taylor & Budrow, that promises the world of guarantees that are worth crap!! A complaint is already made to FTC & Attorney General's Office in Florida. Beware of scam by Pierce, Taylor & Budrow from 200 S Andrews Ave. Suite 502, Ft.
