A Teaneck woman facing foreclosure on her home won’t get kicked out after all thanks to her determination, some publicity and an apple cake that took the world by storm.
Angela Logan, 55, began selling “mortgage apple cakes” at $40 a pop about 10 days ago in an effort to save her house. She needed to raise about half of the $2,559.94 payment due by July 26.
