I also have a Litton Loan which they got from former Ameriquest.
was refused twice for a modified loan due to the investors. both times they took over 6 months, just to read a refused letter after all the information I sent them over and over. I live in N.Y. I am at a 10.9 interest rate that is adjustable. With all the bail-out goldman-sach got from the Govt. they can’t modify loans cause they are not in the program. Maybe someday greed will get them in the end. As of now I really dont know where to turn just to get a lower fixed rate. well Thanks for at least reading this.

The company is incompetent of handling the volume of borrowers. The consistently make mistakes and are continually threatening to foreclose and foreclose on homes. Currently I am in a modification and they are trying to deny me the modification due to lack of response from borrower. I have sent all documents to them in triplicate both through fax and Fed-X. The reason for the denial was I did not have a signature on my 1040 tax form. I filed electronically and they have the E-page which according to the Federal Franchise Tax board is a legal signature. In addition, I sent updated documents; bank statements and pay stubs dating up to the 8/14 on the first set of documents and 2nd set dated from 8/15 to 9/13. The did receive all documents but the second set was scanned on my second loan not the first, even though each and every page had the first loan number on it. Just yesterday, 9/29/09, I called to check on my modification and a recording said that my November, 1 2009 payment is late. K, we are not even in November yet. Explain that one to me. In competent! If had a company, I would be forced to shut down by the government. Litton claims it’s the program system they are using. This problem has existed since 2007. Well sorry that is way to long for a billion dollar company to operate and fix a problem. I am very experienced at data bases specialist and very computer savvy. It should never take 2 years to fix a computer problem. I don’t care what Litton’s problems are, I expect professional and accurate documentation, especially from a billion dollar company. I am no longer going to tolerate the mistakes.
