Green Credit Solutions / Law Center out of business?

Green credit solutions scamI have been blogging about Green Credit Solutions for the past few weeks.  This loan modification firm out of  Orange County California has been a major player in the Southland and across the US for the past year.

A few homeowners have been emailing me and I have been receiving many anonymous comments about the firm. So I decided to reach out to my readers to find out more information about Green Credit.

Well, now it looks like they may be officially out of business.

Thier websites are no longer live. Thier 800# appears to be not working. I also went over to Aaron Krowne’s website at ML Implode and also Martin Madelman’s blog and Green Credit is no longer advertised on their websites as partners.

At one time Aaron Krowne told me that Green Credit Solutions was their biggest advertiser. Martin was also a major spokesperson for the loan mod firm and had since removed all posts and mentions of the company.

Green Credit was also named on the California Attorney Generals list today of loan modification and foreclosure consultant firms who have yet to register with their office and or file a $100,000 bond. That link can be found below.

http://ag.ca.gov/cms_attachments/press/pdfs/n1780_registry_list.pdf

In June they were served with a cease and desist order by the California Department of Real Estate.

http://www.dre.ca.gov/cons_drs.asp

Rumor has it that there are several thousand files and homeowners that may be in jeopordy. Also a tipster on the internet provided this link to what they say is their new website. http://www.getmycreditgrade.com./

so their websites are down, the 800 number isnt working.. i truly hope they are not able to reopen under any name whatsoever. who knows whats happening with the mod files in place already, i heard they are being sold or transferred to some attorney. green is now going to try and become solely a debt settlement company i hear, they have partnered with Home Loan Preservation which is a huge network of people who work independently, mostly from home. Kind of like a MLM type operation lol. get em moe!

Moe – Green Credit Solutions is now named http://www.GetMyCreditGrade.com. Their customer service number is 888-444-MYGRADE.

You need to be a little more responsible in your reporting. After all, people’s homes are at stake.

  2. Moe Bedard says:

Geez, I am not a magician like these guys and how did I know they had another rabbit in that hat?

Just wait for the story I plan to do next week on these clowns.

  3. Lori Hatala says:

So is anyone have a lawsuit against them yet? I am in San Diego , CA
and intereted in suing them. They scammed me big time. I want my money back. Help

  4. micheline says:

green credit took my money for a modification I could not call the company because the phone has been change. i want my money back from the company.

  5. Dick Tracy says:

They moved on August 12,2009 into the former Saxon Mortgage Corporate offices moving up from 16,000 sq. ft. to 22,000 sq. ft. Changed their name yet again. They are not compliant with DRE or Law Firm models. You would have to start with the owners, Chris Fox , Curt Melone, James Hardy and Neil Whiteley-Ross.Nefarious characters to say the least.Long histories of taking peoples money.Good spin men though…they can tell a story. How many times will they be able to change the company names to potentially protect the guilty? The only positive comments are from those whom they owe money to or are currently employed in one of their schemes.Run Forest ,Run…

  6. Chris says:

We have been scammed also. Let’s pool resources and sue these bastards? I am in Temecula and am out $7,000 with no modifications. I cannot get them to return a call and have lost a home. Let’s act in a concerted manner to nail these folks.

  7. Moe Bedard says:

It appears like this Green Credit is really screwing you homeowners everywhere and this has now turned into an urgent situation. Many of you may lose their homes if you do not act now.

Please go to the California Attorney General’s, FTC’s and DRE;s website for loan modification scams and file a formal complaint against Green Credit or their new firm. The faster you do this, then maybe they can help you get a refund.

Here are the links to file a complaint:

    AG – http://ag.ca.gov/loanmod/
    FTC – https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
    DRE – http://www.dre.ca.gov/cons_complaint.html

I wish you all the best of luck and please let me know the outcome!

  8. SweetlilJilly says:

I too have lost $3495 to Green Credit. I’m now in pre-foreclosure and would very much like to get my money back.

  9. Moe Bedard says:

I am sorry, but you all may never get your money back. The money is probally long gone and even the Cal. AG says it in this interview today , http://loanworkout.org/2009/08/ag-warns-loan-modification-companies/.

I am not sure what is going on with Green Credit, but I would pursue other home saving avenues like with http://www.naca.com or do this yourself because pursuing a refund may end being a waste of time.

  10. awv says:

I had a relationship with them to prepare paperwork for clients. They do not communicate well and the process takes forever, however, they have provided results for my clients. The change of name and info earlier are correct. I called one of their executives on his cell phone and he called back quickly. Before you send anyone to panic, please try calling Brian Spiradonoff at 949/613-1811. The clients have frayed nerves as it is, and while I am sure you are trying to be helpful, I think you are doing more harm.

  11. awv says:

These folks are difficult to communicate with, but, they do get results. The website above is correct. They don’t appear to be hiding. I called one of the managers on his cell phone and he called right back. Please don’t upset fearful homeowners further with speculation. Brain Spiradonoff is the manager that I mentioned above and his cell phone number is 949/613-1811.

  12. So frustrating says:

    awv,

Were you joking when you wrote “they don’t appear to be hiding”??? Our managers no longer return our calls. Green Credit President Larry, who came on strong on several on-line boards blasting homeowners for complaining and promised to help, is no longer communicating with us. The company has changed names at least 4 times over the past year, yet never once did anyone tell us about a single name change. Now they reopen as a Debt Management company, selling our files to a company calling themselves “Guardian Credit”…and you say they aren’t hiding?

I resent that you paint it sound like we are the ones in the wrong here. We have done everything GCS asked of us and have been patient…in fact, our patience may be what will ultimately cost us $3495 (becuase w emay be too late). I will try calling Brian as you suggest, and if we get a refund (even a partial refund) I wil post here thanking you. But I have been down this road before to no avail. I will keep you posted.

  13. CitznFish says:

I lost $3495 to Green Credit Solutions. They strung me along and like a fool I let them.

I say we sue the pants off them but i don’t know where to start.

  14. SweetlilJilly says:

I let them string me along. I believe the letters they showed me of several satisfied customers and thought they were really going to help us out. I would also be interested in a class action lawsuit against them.

  15. Allen Wolf says:

I have been in touch with the Dept. of Real Estate. They are also working with the State Attorney General’s Office, Calif. State Bar. There is an on going investigation with Home Loan Preservation (HLP), now known as “e-Merge Advirsory …” and then Green Credit Solutions (GCS) and now “.” They hire unlicensed individuals, give false information, known for recuriting as marketing company (which is prompting the State Bar – marketing for attorney;s” , unknown who are the attorney’s. They claim that “real” attorney’s are the one calling the customers which in cases investigated are not true. They claim they have a $100,000 Bond for “Foreclosure Consultants” which unable to vertify, and etc. The Dept. of Real Estate is looking for individual’s like yourself whom may be a victim of possible fraud as you have described earlier. Please send me an email [ cv8888@aol.com] with your name and telephone number and a short explaination of your complaint.
I will then put all of this together and forward to the proper investigating unit(s) . Dont and I mean don’t believe how wonderful they really are. These “Blogs” were written intentionally by individuals working with them. Don’t just take my word. Look up yourself on the DRE List. Call up either the District or the State Attorney’s Office. Call up the DRE, both in Sacremento and the LA area. Ask them if there is an on going investigation. They can’t tell you much “as the investigation is currently on going” and criminal charges maybe forthcoming, but you will get the drift after talking with them. Why do you think they’ve changed their names? They were getting too much heat. They tell you they merged, but I would think under one name, why two different names? If you look up both firms 1) Green Credit Solutions and now Guardian Credit, none of these firms are owned by attorny’s, except for the same agent’s / brokers – individuals who were served a Desist and Refrain Order prior to the new company. So if you are a victim or you have something to add please e-mail me. If these companies say what they are doing is legal, then they shouldn’t have nothing to worry about. E-mail me at cv8888@aol.com. Let me hear the good and the bad. If they are good, don’t just tell me or others on this blog, give me some MEAT ! What are facts? I want to see this in writting where I or the others can get their hands on.

  16. jon says:

iam a victum of this company and i can not get my refund back like they say they were suppose to give me. they sent a letter for me to sign to get my refund and i sented back and even faxs it to them to make sure that they get it. its been about 2 months now i have not heard anything from them. i call them leaving tons of messages and still no respond. so if any is reading this they are a scam. if any one is affilliate with Gcs email me @ dawgiedawgg@yahoo.com cuz i wanna know what is going with my refund

  17. GCSVictim says:

I filed a small claims against Green Credit Solutions (now called Get My Credit Grade) and won the judgement (GCS did not show up – surprise, surprise). They owe me $3,000 and don’t know how to collect since they changed their name.
    Any advice???
FYI – the same players are still working under the new named company even though there is a DRE file that orders them to resist and refrain. What a bunch of scammers!!!!

  18. GCS VICTIM NUMBER II says:

I want to sue these scammers. But I don’t know where to start as well. I first want to get my money back, and they promised that once I send in my cancellation documents that they will provide me with a refund check. They are not providing the cancellation documents, and I have tried to reach more than a dozen times. They are not answering their phone, and will not return my calls. I am seriously so fed up, I want to team up with a pool and sue them together. I cannot believe that my home might be foreclosed because of GCS and their dubious company.

  19. GCS Scam says:

Hi everyone. I called Brian’s number. He no longer works for the company so I think it will be futile. He actually sent me another number to try calling. I really feel like I am going to get the run around. Someone please keep me updated with your efforts. I really want to get my money back.

  20. ANOTHER VICTIM says:

I, too, have been scammed by Green Credit Solutions. We paid $3,495 over a year ago, and no results. I have already filed a complaint with the DRE and Attorney General. I don’t think this will bring any results. I think we need to file a class action suit, as there are so many people who were scammed. Approximately two weeks ago, I received a call from their “new” company. A male called who could barely speak English, stating that he was not handling my modification. This was after not hearing from Green Credit Solutions since the end of June. I called back and left a message that I had never heard of the company before. I never received a reply. WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE CROOKS! I want to consult an attorney…any suggestions? Has anyone gotten any results from going this route? Please email at jercunard@aol.com. Thanks.

  21. I think we were took also says:

I also think I’ve been taken. I just saw State of Cal legislation that outlawed taking up front fees for mort restructuring. Not sure what to do, I’m looking to get my cash back also

  22. Green Credit Solutions and Plum Strategic Investments

It is amazing the lack of compassion these people have. We tried to modify our loan with them and the only thing they were ever good at was cashing our $3,500 check. They never responded to our requests. What a horrible experience. I was referred to them by a company called Plum Strategic Investments who I hold accountable now. Plum whole heartedly advocated Green Credit Solutions services. They obviously got a kickback from the referral. What a serious ethical issue that company has. Nothing but a group of investment scammers. I advise strongly to watch them very carefully. I wish it wasn’t so, but my first hand experience was a very bad one.

  23. Daniel Linden III says:

I have been jerked around since February of this year with no results. I have not spoken to anyone from Guardian Credit in at least a month. I have no idea where to turn next. My home is in foreclosure and I am stuck with no answers from any direction. If there is any communication breakthrough at any level with this homewrecking company please post a number.

  24. Paul says:

Im yet another one of the scammed. I too went through Plum and gave them a check for $3495 in march of this year. I will be attemting to get my money recovered as well. I will also continue to check here for any info that people might post about any class action information or any other way of getting some or all of my money back. They were both so convincing(GCS and Plum) that it seemed like a no brainer. I did here of one person that I know of that worked out a mod but havnt heard from him in a while. Anyway, I wish the best of luck to the others that are in my shoes. Please post up any info here so we can move forward.
    Thanks,
    Paul

  25. Lisa Martin says:

I also lost the 3495.00 with everyone else and I am starting the foreclosure process. I signed up because I say Channel 4′s Rob Black interviewing the owner of GCS and saying everyone should be modifiying right now. You feel you can trust a financial guy on a news station. I realized this was all a scam about month ago when the name of the company was changed. I phone my mortgage company and no one every contacted them during this process. I would appreciate any updates on lawsuits as well.

  26. John says:

I to am a victim of Green/Guardian Credit. I tried to get a modification from them and lost 3,000. I live in Nevada. Can anyone tell me who I need to get ahold of to prosecute these morons ?

  27. They were called Guardian Credit about the 1st part of Sepember 09. They have changed again. Now it is Erickson Law Group @ 27121 Towne Center Dr Suite 200A, Foothill Ranch Calif. 92610.

I have also been taken for 3500.00. They will not return phone calls nor will they return e-mails from me. Also Paramount Equity acted as their local agent here in Roseville, Calif. I am in the process of setting up my file in order so that my attorney can write both of them a demand letter getting one or the other to refund my money. Net I intend to go to a local radio station for help. Last resort Small Claims Court. Hopefully this infor will help someone else

  28. Ripped says:

I also paid them almost 3500… I am in a loan mod with BOA and I have asked them if the mod was set up by GCS.. they said who?? the reason IU know they didnt get me the Mod, is because I have had to give BOA all the same paperwork that I had already sent to GCS.. plus BOA straight up told me that my lack of payment for 3 months to them is what initiated the loan mod.. and no outside company was involved… Please let me know if I can join a lawsuit or follow a path for a refund.. timareynolds@comcast.net

  29. J&H says:

Shirley, thanks for your post. We too were scammed going through Paramount Equity “the difference is lawyers”. I’d love to have a personal chat with Barnard Hayes at Paramount. Please keep posting on your progress, we may follow similar remedies.

  30. Jason says:

Yes, another victim of GCS as well as Paramount Equity in Roseville. Paid in Feb. 2009, no help from either company. Sounds like Paramount Equity might have more at stake here to lose. papasmurfncali@yahoo.com

  31. Jamie says:

I used to work with GCS they SCAMED me big time I lost my house at their live chat I spoke with Analy Sosa, Caroline B. Carlos Pena, WTF have they done to us… I just lost my money with them and my home aren’t they concious? I have a family to take care of..

  32. Steve says:

Well, like just about everyone else on here, I too was scammed big time. Two properties and about $6k later, I have one property foreclosed and another in limbo. Based on all the posts I’ve read so far, it looks pretty bleak in terms of getting our money back.

  33. billy says:

Stop trying to get your money back, its not going to happen. Not anytime soon at least. The owners of GCS dont care about your home, all they care about is keeping as much of your money as possible without going to jail. Instead concentrate on calling your mortgage company on your own to save your home.

  34. anon says:

    Green Credit… I mean Guardian… no no no… I mean GetmyCreditGrade is now…

    (Drum roll please)

    Magus Global!

    http://magusglobal.com

  35. billy says:

lol Magnus Global.. what a joke!! How are people like this allowed to stay in business?

  36. Daniele says:

Holy crap…a new name again…I spent $6,990.00 for two houses this past May 2009. Only way to get these jerks in trouble from what I hear is small claims…I am in the process of this right now…and the trick is not to sue the company…it is to sue each individual..so I shall. If you go do some investigating, these pieces of crap have operated under several addresses with about 30 different names. These people deserve to rot. after my small claims.. I am up for any big law suit that is class action against this company. If anyone has a class action, our evidence will put these people in the toilet. jezabel95@yahoo.com

  37. george says:

Just found out this weekend that their back in business. I’m assuming they have permission from the state of california. I e-mailed them sunday the 13th and they contacted me the next day via phone and e=mail! I gave them permission to work on my loan mod, they said they will aggressively work on it. Lets see what happens. I too gave 3500$.

  38. anon says:

    December 21, 2009

At this moment, there are 2 police cars, and up to a dozen Black Suburbans at the Offices of this company. Employees have been sent away with their boxes, and Curt Melone (Curtis Melone) and Chris Fox (Christopher Fox) are apparently being questioned in their own conference room.

So… local Police, Dept. of Justice, and some from the Bar Association is what I’ve been told… big DOJ signs on some of those Suburbans.

    Merry Christmas.

  39. Latha says:

Yeap another victim of GCS referred through Paramount Equity in Roseville, CA. We paid them in Feb. 2009 and after numerous phone calls and no replies to emails we realized that we were scammed majorly.

  40. Mike says:

Any update on bringing these thieves to justice? Curious if the CA AG office has taken action yet. I’m out $3495 too. I guess these companies who referred people like me to them did nothing to vet them and helped sell the “they are owned by attorneys” pitch. A rep from American Finance referred me telling me AF was ranked #1 for something by Lending Tree dot com and therefore if AF is legitimate by virture of this recognition by Lendingtree.com then I could be assured that any company they are partnered with and refer people to can be trusted. Do these companies have any liability?

  41. Jeff says:

Same story- gave GCS $3495 back in Jan. My case was ignored until Aug when I stumbled upon the GCS to Guardian switch upon a visit to the recently vacated office off Irvine Center Dr. in Irvine, CA. My negotiator told me repeatedly that my mortgage company had not communicated anything other than “send us updated financials.” I later found out that my case was rejected twice but my negotiator failed to tell me that. I was told of SB94 in Nov and subsequent bankruptcy with no refunds. I ended up modding my 2 loans in 3 weeks during Nov- got the primary down to 3.5% and paid the second one off at $0.50 on the dollar. I highly doubt the professionals of GCS/Guardian could have obtained those results. How ironic. I requested info about the Escrow holder Smith Harris PLLC in early Dec and was informed that Guardian was back in business, as they had found an attorney that would represent them. They wanted to continue work on my case. When I brought up the refund question I never heard from them again. Went down to the Foothill Ranch address Dec 18. Loan mods had been assigned to Lydia Camerona, who was out sick. Dec 21 CA Bar Assoc. took all files and shut down all operating businesses in the office with the exception of Erickson Law Group. Check out Orange County Superior case # 30-2009-00329101 for details. According to the notice posted outside the office, if you want a copy of your file, call CA Bar Assoc. at 213.765.1756 and leave message. local523@aol.com

  42. Mark Nobles says:

Green credit solutions took my money and I ended up doing most of the work myself. In the end I ended up with a

modification that had a balloon payment after 30 years that states I have to pay the principal in FULL $544,000 plus

    interest and fees.

Something needs to be done about this, at the end of my life they can seize any assets I have and I will have

nothing to leave my daughter whom I a raising by myself. I was with Specialized Loan Service, this was something in

another loan from American Home Mortgage. There was no negotiating done regarding this “Balloon note addendum”

This company took my money and did not do any research, I want my money returned and I need a TRUE loan modification

    with no balloon note addendum.

  43. ANONYMOUS says:

First of all. “Erickson Law Group”, “Green Credit” and six other names that they have previously doesnt say enough?
Why would a company change its names so many times?
YES it is true that they are CURRENTLY in the old Saxon Mortage building. In December the DRE, CAL BAR, & DOJ came into the bulding shutting them down. Two days later the employees came back, operating as a “debt elimination company”. I was told that files were found on the roof. HAHAHAH. enough said. For those of you who thing a loan modification is going to save your house… Bless your soul….
You will not get a modification when your file is not being processed. Last week Fox began selling chairs, this week he’s selling the cubicles. Sounds like his overnight popsicle stand has encountered one too many problems. :)

  44. Harold says:

I was introduced and started my home loan mod process with Green Credit Solutions in March 2009. As of this date, my home loan mod has never been processed. All I got was the run-around and a lot of lies from GCS.

I also spoke with Hector of GCS several times as well as communictaed with him via emails with no positive actions being taken. In October of 2009, I spoke with Hector again and he stated that GCS was going out of business and I should be receiving a package from them explaining what I should do. As expected, nothing has came as of this date.

I want my $3,495.00 back that I paid up front for services that were never delivered. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to do my utmost to help put these crooks behind bars forever?
    Thanks.

  45. Daniele says:

anon is curtis melone…it is obvious..pieces o crap they are..hope they rot soon..in jail!!

  46. Daniele says:

you must go to small claims file against these pieces of shit or they will keep continuing,…if enough of us file..we will be heard…several agencies are already investigating these bastards…

  47. patricia says:

FILE FILE FILE. and watch the court cases agains them in superior court! If you dont speak out against criminals who will? Do you want your estate to go to a mortgage company? Do you want another person to go thru this disheartening process, lose money, possibly lose their home? Time to stand up and let everyone know .. i wish the OC Register and Channel 4 Joel would do some research on these people… it’s not newsworthy except for everyone to know what creeps they are and how they get around rules and continue taking YOUR money. Listen up.. make their life as difficult as it is for you w/o the money you paid them to help. PHJ

  48. Randall says:

Outside of the AG’s office, or the Orange County DA, you can’t investigate these guys without getting in touch with me. I have documentation on hundreds, if not thousands of homeowner accounts of GCS. Joel… if you catch this get in touch… Moe knows how to reach me.

Here’s an example: I have copies of about 100 checks made out to Green Credit and Smith Harris AFTER the DRE Desist & Refrain… that’s just not right, huh?

  49. Krista Railey says:

Randall, let me get you straight- you have copies of about 100 checks made out to Green Credit AFTER the D & R Order? When exactly did you receive copies of these checks?

If you are go to rollover, rollover all the way. I highly doubt that the trouble begins and ends with their modification arm. They had investment, debt settlement, and business op arms as well. Securities are a whole different ball of wax.

I’m going to ask you again about bulk REO, and REO investment LLC’s that are marketed through finders. How much did they raise? And what is the status of Green Credit Capital’s investments?

Look, I’ve already found websites of Erickson’s and Dague’s that I was able to download Prospectuses from. Prospectuses that were unprotected by passwords and without first submitting a completed investor questionnaire. These investments were not registered by the SEC and California exemption notices were not filed.

I also found ads for finders for one of Dague’s companies posted under employment sections of Craiglist and Findit. Furthermore, the company was a Delaware Company.

It sounds to me like Green Credit Capital’s managing officers engage in the unlicensed sale of non-exempt securities. But I’ll leave that to the SEC to sort out.

  50. Lance Arthur Charles, Sr. says:

I am disappointed by the entire modification/Legal processes.
Through New Century Solutions, I sent a $6,990 cashier check to Smith Harris.

Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, I completed one of my modification with B of A by myself.

I have filed a complaint with the CAG office, The California State Bar, Filed a complaint against Attorney Erickson, filed an Application for Reimbursement with the California State Bar, called and called the 213-765-1756 number and left many messages.
As of today 3-8-10, I have not received my $6,990 nor my files.

I am willing to sign on to a class action lawsuit.

    Thanks,

    Lance A. Charles, Sr.

  51. george says:

called the state bar and left a message or should i say MESSAGES and requested my files be returned to me. This was done about a month ago and haven’t heard or seen a thing! Complained to my state attorney general about gcs and are investigating numerous complaints about them here in oregon.

  52. Lou says:

    IMPORTANT!!
Does anyone know the name of the police detective involved in this investigation?

  53. Randall says:

Lou: You’ve been watching too much television. A “police detective” does not handle an investigation like this. ‘Top’ people are on this… get your info to Moe if you have a problem trusting anyone… he’ll know what to do.

You’re talking about a company (many companies in their system) that has dealt with wiring millions of dollars across State borders… a series of companies that has been collecting millions of dollars using the U.S. Postal system as their agent nationwide, through an organized series of companies ultimately controlled and owned by Curtis (Curt) Melone and Christopher (Chris) Fox, with at least 4 other managers consistently in the mix.

There is a name for that type of organization, and government agencies do know what has transpired. Be patient… it can take months to perfect the hundreds of indictments that could come out of this.

Meanwhile, if you need to contact Chris or Curt directly, this is their new company name, web site, and telephone number:

    International Work flow — http://www.intlworkflow.com — 866-755-6141

  54. rocio says:

i was also taken for the 3495.00 with no results, if there is a class action suit i am very interested. please contact me, i didn’t have the money to begin with.

  55. Randall says:

I see a number of posts asking about “Class Action” suits.

NO. There will be no class action suits people. Attorneys go class action when there is a ‘wronged’ group they feel can prevail against an entity that can PAY.

Now does anyone seriously think that Christopher Fox (Chris Fox) or Curtis Melone (Curt Melone) have the ability to pay the type of monies that appear to be due?

Chris and Curt may have been operating what the State considers a criminal organization… consider that all their known bank accounts were seized. What Attorney could consider that any assets are left?

If YOU were an Attorney, would YOU invest in that type of suit? I don’t think so. I reported elsewhere on Moe’s site that Chris rents his house (6 Via Corsica, Monarch Beach CA, short-saled for 2.1 MM), with no other known (recorded) assets… Curt DOES own a house in Huntington Beach, but figure that is already under water.

As a consumer you should avail yourself of the Small Claims Court system, and with Judgement in hand, look to the State Bar and (if in California) the D.R.E. claims recovery units.

Stay tuned to this site… Chris and Curt read it daily… and they know authorities watch here for consumer news and views.

    Yes they do. ;)

These guys ought to be drawn and quartered. They took 3495.00 in “ADVANCE FEES” and then convinced my wife and i to consolidate our debt for another 2000.00 before we cut them off. I kept getting calls from my loan servicer that they were not getting the paperwork they needed for the modification and no debts were ever satisfied. GCS/Guardian sent me a “Sorry to inform you” letter along with a copy of some of my files and dumped us three weeks before we got a call from our loan servicer with the modification which was 300.00 more than what we already couldnt afford and claimed it was not negotiable. I was left with now where to turn no money left to hire some one else and out of time thanks to these thieves. I was unable to do a short sale due to a provision with CalHFA that does not allow it within 60 days of the sale date. Needless to say our home is history as of 1/1/10 and sits abandoned along with lots af money in granite and flooring and all the savings i used to buy it and attempted to save it with. My families life has been turned upside down by countless lies and i hope i find out that these guys came to some sort of tragic demise.

    Lance,

Good for you on filing against Erickson. If you will google him, you will see other entities he/they are involved in. Green Credit Capital LLC, REO Profits, First Secured Investors and more. He was involved with Accredited as well. Lance, also make sure to file at the DRE as he is a licensed agent. The web goes on and on!

So what is the latest with GCS? I have heard nothing in weeks. Is Melone out of the country hiding?

  60. Randall says:
