It’s emails and comments like the one below that was just left on my blog that really keep me going. I have been at this for over two years now and it does get tiring sometimes. I do my best to get the information out there to Main Street and if I help one person avoid being scammed or losing their home to these crooks, then I have done my purpose.
You see, blogging and giving away free information to help my fellow struggling Americans is what I feel is my life’s purpose and now it has become my unwavering passion.
Since starting this blog and my forum at www.LoanSafe.org/forum, I believe that I may have directly and indirectly saved thousands of homes through my free information. Whether a homeowner used the information to get a loan modification or avoid being scammed like the lady below, another home saved!
This is a comment on a company out of Los Angeles, California called Loan Workout Consultants I did a couple months back.
I have been working with Loan Workout Consultants also. I was just getting all the information together and getting ready to send it out when I felt the need to investigate further…Thank God I did. The man calling me calls himself Harold Giovanni. I am truly grateful for this website. I would have been scammed!
My husband and I bought a new home 2 years ago. We are now about 450k underwater in the equity in the house. We are current with our mortgage.We have been getting a lot of mail from companys saying that they can get us a new modified loan.
1. We have been told that these programs are for loan under 750k,we have a loan for 1million.(we have been looking into this)
2. Different companys say that they can negoiate a new loan with our now lender,(who told us on modifications on JUMBO loans)
3.Why do we need a lawyer for this,and have to pay 5k???
4.What do you know about the company U.S.MORTGAGE ADVOCATES INCORPORATED.
We would like to here your comments as we need to make a decession soon.

What the hell? How is it right that someone can just get online and make baseless allegations without having any facts. The fact of the matter is that LWC is owned by a company that has been in business since 1974 and is extremely financially stable…..borrowers that dont get help GET REFUNDED people….MOE…we appreciate you fighting the good fight…but you’re full of it when you talk about LWC being a scam or letting people post BS on your site….LWC is one of the companies that runs with integrity….SHAME ON YOU!
If a Forensic Loan Audit company asks for money up front for a Forensic Loan Audit, is that a scam? DONT BE AN IDIOT!.
DO you know what a Forensic Audit is? Not paying money up front for a valuable services is like buying a car, and paying for it once you’re done driving it……..again…i appreciate it that you are fighting the good fight…cuz there are a lot of fraud companies out there….Like FED MOD that was featured on GRETA VAN SUSTERN on FOX NEWS…that’s a fraud…but LWC is legit….stop bashing a legit company….why dont you come down to LWC offices in Tarzana, and see what’s done first hand on a daily basis to help people save their homes…..rather than talking trash online….you’ve hurt LWC’s businesss with this BS BLOG……GETREAL!
