My wife and I are getting screwed by Indy Mac also. After 8 months of faxing and mailing paper work to find out they don't have something, to having to over night $1.43 to them a couple weeks ago and find out after the 3 months trial period that we are not approved and they can't give us a reason? What is the deal? This HAMP program is junk! Who can I talk to that knows what is going onand how we can save or home?

My wife and I have also been getting the run around from Indy Mac, we have mailed and faxed documents over and over and still they say they are missing things then after 8 months of trying to work with them I was told we don't qualify for the HAMP program! Why? We both have and income, they sent us the trial payment plan twice! We even had to overnight $1.43 to them! It cost $18 just to end that! Very stressed out and frustrated... Who can we contact that can help?

We have been trying to deal with SPS for 6 months now & still have nothing concrete from them. Please tell me who I can contact to get help dealing with them. We paid $2000.00 to DC Financial in February 2009 to deal with them & have filled all the paperwork out then & now again this month. The only response from SPS has been to check our income again & they will GET BACK TO US. Lord knows when though. We call & they put us off over & over!! Is there any government help we can get in dealing with SPS??

Trying to work out loan mod since Nov 08. I am waiting on MHA finished trial period payment plan. I just need a reasonable interest rate. Very very stressful but will be worth it if we get the mod.

Hi,
Indy Mac stringing us along. This is been going on for over 6 months.
Any suggests who to write to in Legislative, or who the higher powers in Indy Mac is. Don't want to loose my home.

Thanks
