Parsa Law Group – Targeted by California Attorney General

in Attorney General

The Parsa Law Group received a serious letter from the California State Attorney General in regards to their advertising claims and methods. The California law firm has been aggressively advertising on television and the internet for the last several months. They claim to have helped over 4,000 homeowners save their homes.

In a letter dated August 12, 2009 Deputy Attorney General, Benjamin Diehil sent James M. Parsa & Associates, PLC. , Parsa Law Group a letter asking the firm to substantiate several claims it has made through various marketing methods used to obtain clients. The Attorney General is seeking proof under the Business and Professions Code 17508.

Under the code it says that it it shall be unlawful for any person doing business in California and advertising to consumers in California to make any false or misleading advertising claim, including claims that (1) purport to be based on factual, objective, or clinical evidence, (2) compare the product’s effectiveness or safety to that of other brands or products, or (3) purport to be based on any fact.

The California Attorney General is going to give the Parsa Law Group 20 days to provide proof of their advertising claims and also the attorneys that represent the firm. Apparently they say they have experienced attorneys, but fail to list their names or backgrounds.

Parsa Law is a scam group. We tried to use them and they make false promises and then never do anything. When you are contacted by the lender, they don’t even know who they are or what they are doing for you?

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!

Boy, James Parsa is going down hard….

James Parsa (Parsa Law Group) Charged By CA State Bar With Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude, Stemming From Parsa’s Rape Convictions in 2001

On August 31, 2009, The Chief Trial Counsel’s Office of the California State Bar filed charges against James Parsa, owner and founder of Parsa Law Group, for moral turpitude stemming from his 2 convictions of statutory rape from 2001. (Actually he pled guilty to 2 and his crafty attorney got him off on the other SIX).

Here’s the complaint from the California State Bar:
http://members.calbar.ca.gov/courtDocs/09-C-12545.pdf

You know, NYSE:UDR – UDR, Inc. must feel really dumb for joining in with Parsa Law Group in their defamation case against consumer advocate, Erin Baldwin. Couldn’t be good for their reputation, now could it.

Erin Baldwin was warning consumers about James Parsa on her blog, Bad Biz Finder, for six months, until June when Judge Franz Miller, slapped a Judgment of $605,000 on her for defaming James Parsa’s reputation and shut down her blog. Then last week, Judge Franz Miller ordered a bench warrant for Baldwin’s arrest for Contempt of Court. Rapist – consumer advocate – hmmm. Who’s in contempt?

So, let’s see — on one hand we have a consumer advocate warning people about James Parsa — and on the other hand we have a ambulance-chasing, pretend loan mod lawyer rapist. Not sure this case went the right way.

Baldwin not only has a $605,000 judgment on her record even though as of July 14, Judge Miller didn’t believe she could speak on behalf of the case, but that didn’t stop him from issuing a bench warrant for her arrest.

AND last week Judge Miller allowed NYSE:UDR – UDR, Inc, The Law Offices of Jeffrey Cancilla, and The Law Offices of Craig Laverty, to join James Parsa and Parsa Law Group into one big ol’ defamation case against consumer advocate, Erin Baldwin.

AND Judge Miller appointed himself the ever-watchful judicial eye of all things fair and just in this case to further violate Baldwin’s right of free speech and free press without prior restraint and due process under the laws of the Constitution of the United States. Amen, brother.

How did a rapist, loan mod fraud become the GOOD GUY and the consumer advocate who warned consumers in foreclosure become the BAD GUY? Baldwin told the truth about UDR’s illegal California leases to help tenants – and the illegal loan modification transactions being performed by Parsa, Cancilla, and Laverty, among others – in a free speech forum. Are we missing something or we in Communist Cuba?

http://visionweb.occourts.org/Vision_Public/DisplayCaseInfo.do?caseNbr=555797&personNbr=2132600&src=case_src
So, folks, let this be a warning to you — it’s hazardous to your personal safety and well being TO TELL THE TRUTH. The California court system does not like it when you do that.

If you want to be homeless, have your personal property confiscated, your car towed and then sold, a six-figure judgment against you, a good possibility of going to jail, and 4 other lawsuits pending against you, then do what Erin Baldwin did.

Write the truth on a blog, speak the truth to consumers and tenants, and defend your rights as an American citizen – see where it gets you.

Oh yah, and here’s another one for child endangerment where Parsa left a child under the age of 6 alone in a car unsupervised: http://visionweb.occourts.org/Vision_Public/DisplayCaseInfo.do?caseNbr=5888875&personNbr=2132600&src=case_src: Orange County Superior Court Case No. OR1000938

i just read about james parsa i was going to send a retainer till i read this. thanks

4 Jason October 5, 2009 at 5:12 pm

I worked there almost a year and left after they started treating us like a sweat shop. Glad I got out after hearing about the whole moral turpitude issue and how they are now being shut down. I helped alot of bwrs during my time there, but for every one I helped there were countless others I couldnt get to because they had all of us so swamped. We begged for help, they ignored our pleas, and now they are no more. Doesnt surprise me. Good luck to the few good people I knew who were working there. Some of us worked our butts off trying to make a difference for homeowners.

8 jacqueline October 13, 2009 at 9:29 am

I paid james parsa law group $3300 in 6/09 and they promised me that my load will be modified in 4 months, 10/09 . I had big hopes but I received a lt. from the lender telling me my load mod was denied and when i contact the attorney in charge, he told me they have not gotten paid by james parsa and they are not working on any case. I started calling the james parsa law group but no one is answering the phone. the office is shut down. How will I get my money back? I had to borrow the $3300 and pay him. Who is going to help all these people that have paid james parsa and now his office is closed?
Who can help?

9 Feeling Ripped Off October 13, 2009 at 3:14 pm

Jeff, I called the State Bar of California to complain that I was again getting no response nor results from Parsa Law Group on my loan modification. I was actually not surprised to hear that James Parsa has been temporarily suspended starting October 16, 2009 on an unrelated sex matter with an underage person. However, when I asked how I could recover the over $2000 in fees paid to Parsa, I was told to file a complaint first, then later I could seek recovery of my fees paid. I dont know how long that will take, but I finally know now that I was screwed by their claims of being able to force the Chase/Wamu to do my loan modification and their flaky ways of handling my loan mod matter over these past 6 wasted months.

10 valarie October 13, 2009 at 7:55 pm

i thought i would give parsa law group a call today to follow up on all the emails I left last week regarding our loan mod. when i checked my email and saw that all my emails to them were bounced back – mailrecipient errors, red flags went up i panic. come to find out no one is answering the phones and their web site is down. i paid parsa law group $2650 in 9/09 to assists us in a loan modification. I contacted my lender right away> whos gonna help us get our $ back?

11 Miley October 13, 2009 at 10:10 pm

Wow, attorney James Parsa is a scam artist and rapist/molester. If anyone is wondering how hot it gets in hell, I am sure Parsa will be able to answer that one.

12 Jill Snow October 15, 2009 at 6:04 am

Is there an attorney or law firm that will help us get our money back? Who can locate an attorney that will start a class-action law suit against (PARSA LAW GROUP) this FRAUD? He stole money from hard-working people and the laws in California should force him to pay those people back every cent of their hard-earned money. Not only did they NOT help you with the loan mod. Now you are faced with losing your home AFTER paying James Parsa over $3,000.00??????Who is protecting the consumers of California? I guess NO ONE!

13 Rebecca Boyle October 15, 2009 at 1:27 pm

We need to sue parsa under the Consumer Protection Act. There are consumer attorneys out there that handle cases like this one. Parsa has the $$ to pay us all back plus pain and suffering for the emotional trauma he has caused all of us. Message to Rick Portis:
I don’t know who you are but obviously you are oblivious!! To call Erin Baldwin a boring “C” word is stupid. Learn how to read. There is evidence everywhere about the scumbag Parsa the F’ing child rapist. I know karma will get to Parsa. Hope he catches testicular cancer and his itty bitty balls fall off and the Devil makes him eat them.

14 Kris October 15, 2009 at 3:02 pm

I am another who was taken in by Parsa… Is there any help out there for all of us who looked for help and found a child molester? We were first dupped by the banking system that failed and was bailed out by (us ..the tax payer) now we get it again by a lawyer that is a rapist. I believed in our president when he said he would help……..Where are you now????? This is not the type of CHANGE I voted for.

15 chloe October 15, 2009 at 4:32 pm

Yep, my mom called me in a panic last night because apparently she just realized this f*ckwad James Parsa took her money and ran.

My mom is over 70 years old, and now she’s going to lose the house she has lived in for the past 40 years. If anyone hears of how to recover the money Parsa stole from so many people, please post.

16 Erin October 15, 2009 at 5:19 pm

Would love to be kept in the loop.

17 mike October 16, 2009 at 12:54 pm

I just had a feeling that something was wrong and did a little searching and now I am sick to my stomach. I too sent in $3,200.00 and it is gone. What is the attorney general going to do to help all of us that relied on Parsa to help us out? I am having a hard time as it is and now this???

22 Eddie P. October 18, 2009 at 9:23 pm

Fell into the same scam. Paid $2650.00 for help on loan modification, now they are nowhere to be found. Please post on how we can all get our money back.

23 J Smith October 19, 2009 at 2:57 pm

James Parsa is a Thief!!!

24 Brenda M October 19, 2009 at 8:37 pm

We too contracted with Parsa Law Group back in February 2009 for a loan modification and a bankruptcy. We paid them a total of $5400 for these services. We did not get a modification, or a bankruptcy. This office in now closed and they are still being deceptive to their clients leading them to believe they cannot speak to you by telephone or in person due to their workload. Hopefully their will be some way to force this firm to make restitution to all of its victims (clients).

25 Rebecca October 20, 2009 at 10:55 am

Everyone ripped off by James Parsa, the Parsa Law Group needs to file a complaint with the california State Bar the information on how to file is found at calbar.org. Once you file with the Bar, you then get put into the system and can file a claim for reimbursement of what you paid under the State Bar’s Client Security Fund. You will have to send them proof of payment to Parsa and a copy of your client agreement, plus complete their form. I just sent mine in yesterday. I’ve heard it can take several months, but it’s better than nothing. Good luck to all of us.

26 C Williams October 20, 2009 at 12:12 pm

Yeah my girlfriend got ripped from this DIRTBAG! They promised her that would be able to get her loan modification done, while at the same time the leader was selling her house without her even knowing about it. Now she facing an eviction because the DIRTBAGS didn’t inform her what was happening, plus they are not returning her calls or emails after she was notified by the leaders attorney to get out now. She can’t even get her money back because no one is answering the phones. We need a Class Action Lawsuit filed against this DIRTBAG for all our pain and sufferings.

27 maria October 20, 2009 at 9:57 pm

We need to get togeter, and act. Please we need to contact, each other. Maybe a massive claim will be better, I don’t know about these ,but i`m sure some one will. As you see I can’t write english, please some one help. We need a place to meet.Web site. phone number or somthing.

29 Sonia October 22, 2009 at 1:00 am

We paid $3000 and nothing!! I wish we could go back in time to get our money back.

30 Del Sebring October 22, 2009 at 9:33 am

I to used Parsa back in March. It took about 4 months but they actually got my loan modification done. I assume i am one of the lucky ones if this is taking place. My parents on the other had were in the process of a bankruptcy and have recently found out like everyone else closed for business and paid for the services and wondering what do to next.

32 James October 24, 2009 at 5:13 pm

I lost $3945. I hired them in July 09. Now I don’t know what to do. I have had a bad experience trying to modify my Loan on my own so I thought I would get better results with a lawyer. Anybody know any good attorneys and is it true that they can no longer charge up front fees?? Thanks Rebecca Boyle for emailing me back. Your info has been very helpful. KIT

33 Aaargh! October 26, 2009 at 5:34 pm

We retained Parsa for modification and lien stripping. Luckily, my lender sent paperwork to my home instead of to the attorney so I’m working on finishing it myself. The lien stripping is another story. Thanks to those who posted instructions on how to file complaint & for reimbursement. Will do to get my $2650 and $995 back. Keep our fingers crossed. Funny thing is – I told my husband we sh0uld wait on the lien stripping until the modification was done to make sure we weren’t being duped, but those Parsa people are so convincing. Aaargh! I feel like such a fool!

34 Rebecca Boyle October 26, 2009 at 8:22 pm

anyone ripped off by the Parsa Law Group, please contact attorney Charlotte Spadaro. I am a victim of the Parsa group’s scam and this attorney is getting together a group of victims. You may email her at charlottespadaro@hotmail.com.

don’t get mad, get even.

35 Sandee October 28, 2009 at 11:25 am

I lost $2450.00. What can I do to try to get my money back…..

36 Raney Dixon October 28, 2009 at 11:53 pm

I will definately be joining the group, thanks for the info. I paid $3,250.00 for a loan mod, and now this… nothing. Channel 4 Kron (Henry Tennenbaum)4 recommended this group and so I put my trust n them all my tax info, check stubs and other sensitive information… OH MY GOSH, it had its own 2 hr special and I did some footwork myself. Obviously not good enough! I hope CHASE understands…. Dont get mad, get even and I vow I will.

37 Raney Dixon October 29, 2009 at 12:00 am

I think everyone should file their complaint and then join charlottespadaro@hotmail.com group of clients. Dont forget to have all your docs together and lets get the justice we deserve.

38 Maria J. Munoz October 29, 2009 at 6:36 pm

I paid $2000.00 to Parsa Law Group for a loan modification. At first it was yes we can do it all for you. Once the attorney, Mark Lee, was handed my account it was a different story. His first attempt to negotiate with my lender produced the following result: The lender does not want to negotiate. So my advice to you is to let the house go into forecloseure. You can always buy another house. After complaining he negotiated a pretty deal, expect that it was a verbal agreement. Nothing in writing that I could look at before signing. Again I had to complaint. He renegotiated the agreement and this time he got it in writing. This is the agreement he got for me. 6 months at $1200.00 per month. This does not include taxes or insurance. The lender had previously reduced my payments to $1500.00 but was adding the unpaid portion to the balance due. Mr. Lee did get the lender to agree to erase $6000.00 in unpaid balance and fees. But that’s it!!! The final modification was not completed. In March I am going to have find some else to see if I got the final work done! Parsa Law Group told me several times that they would work with me in six months to finalize the modication. About a week after I signed the agreement, I received a letter from Parsa informing me that they had completed their agreement with me.

39 Sandy October 30, 2009 at 1:22 am

Scammed! Sorry for us all. I’m sorry I fell for it like everyone else. I hope we will have some recourse, some sort of a refund. Since we are all in this situation of losing our homes, I pray we can get this James Parsa for screwing us all. God will have the final say and that’s who James Parsa should really be afraid of!!

40 C Williams October 30, 2009 at 11:56 pm

I went to the office of Parsa Law group yesterday Oct 29, 2009 in Costa Mesa Ca., and the Parsa Law group was evicted from the building. Ordered by the State Bar of California which started on Oct 9, 2009. The nice security there are handing out info from the State Bar of California which is a application for reimbursement. So if you can’t make it down there like i did and pick up one, you can call the State Bar at 1-800 843-9053 or on the internet at http://www.calsb.org.
After I file this application for reimbursement, I will start doing some research on a good attorney that can file a class action lawsuit against Parsa, and i mean RESEARCH FOR A GOOD ATTORNEY. There are a lot of scam artist out there that claim they can up us, but only take our money and run with it. I will keep everyone posted on what i find.

41 Skywoman October 31, 2009 at 3:45 pm

“You can’t cheat an honest man” Well there goes that saying! I am an honest person just like the rest of the people on this page and I am also upset with all the T.V. channels that went along with this lie and all in the name of advertising money. Shouldn’t they be held responsible too? Where are all the politicians that backed this guy now and also backed the Banks with their bad loans and the Wall Street cronies. It’s going to take more than majic to give this one his just deserts he is too sly and his peers will protect him just like that so-called judge did. In the final analysis we are just footnotes in the book of life. I think a skip tracer is called for at this point. He can run but he can’t hide.

42 AuntieIllegal October 31, 2009 at 3:53 pm

This bum got us too. but we paid by credit card. We threw a stop on that. We signed with them, 3600. after checking out other places. We talked to a Jackie kuder and then got a moron named Freny or something like that. We had hand delivered our docs, signed everything. Freny didn’t know what was what, asked for doc she already had, we paid for them to do a buy-out/mod on the 2nd. we were denied on our first when I asked for figures on what they had submitted the numbers were wrong, they changed our expenses and failed to add some of our income. O yah, our lawyer, Parsa failed to let us know about a modification offer on our 2nd and it was no buy-out. Go to these websits and try to get your money back at least try, then find his address which is in public records and let him and his family know what scum he is. Check Megans law and be sure he is there. How wasn’t he in for a FELONY.

43 D.Whorton November 6, 2009 at 7:46 pm

Not only does he rape childen but adults as well he is not a rapist he had sex with a minor which make him a pediflie, come on people let’s show this guy,

James Parsa and Judge (paid off) are going to run out of money soon. They both need to go to jail as cell mates and do bubba’s mod! Good luck to all of us I am ready to take this guy down.

44 Braden November 6, 2009 at 10:08 pm

46 Lloyd November 7, 2009 at 3:28 pm

My girl friend sent James Parsa law group $3700.00 back in March
2009, At the time she had no idea they were not doing anything.
Her Mortgage was with Countrywide just before the B of A took them over Countrywide contacted her and asked her why she had missed a few payments and did she need help, She told them about Parsa law group and they said they had never heard of them, So she filled a financial hardship with Countrywide herself She also contacted the person at the law group and asked them what was going on, The guy said who ever she talked to at the bank didn’t know what they were talking about and that they ( the law group was the reason the bank call ) The Parsa group at first said they would get the principle
of the mortgage lowered along with the payments and interest rate.
When the B of A took over Countrywide they sent the paper work to fill out for the mortgage modification, Pretty much it was requesting everything that she had already sent to Parsa group.
The paper work did not say anything about lowering the principle
It just said that if she qualified they may be able to lower her mortgage payment and interest rate. But they didn’t say how much or for how long. She Faxed a copy to Parsa group, They replied that she should go for the offer. Parsa group would never put any instructions in writing they would only talk over the phone ( I guess so there was no proof of what was said ) She went ahead and is working with the bank by herself, So fare it is looking pretty good, She went through a 3 month probation payment period, Which meant she was given a lower mortgage payment that had to be paid on time, The payment included the principle, interest, Tax and insurance and ended up being about $1000.00 less then before. They have told her she is approved for the modification, But they said to just keep making the payment and sometime between now and Dec 25, 2009 they will tell her what the new contract contains as fare as if it is a fixed rate and for how long. But no matter what the bank says Parsa had nothing to do with it. About 5 months ago I contacted the Attorney General and asked them to check out Parsa Law group, I hope I was the one that started all of Parsa’s problems.

47 Von November 7, 2009 at 6:52 pm

I am another victim of the Parsa scam. I paid them $2500 and they told me to stop paying my mortgage because they would get my principle reduced and apply the missed payments to the back end of the loan. After several weeks of not hearing from them I became very concerned and tried to call and could never reach anyone. I definitely want in on the class action law suit. They gave me nothing but empty promises and I am now in foreclosure. This is a really difficult time for me and lots of other people in this country. They need to pay for what they’ve done.

I made the mistake to trust in them the only think that I want to know is if some body knows whre can I go to make a complaint and have a refound.

Thus far, I haven’t rec’d any reimbursement from the Client Security fund. I was called by someone about 2 weeks ago and told once more “we are swamped, call back in 2 weeks” Today I call to follow up and I am told “we don’t have any record of you” Don’t hold your breath expecting any refund from the State Bar who is SUPPOSED to help consumers recover when bad apple attorney’s like Parsa rip them off.

Another scam: I spent hours compiling and sending off names and address to ONE more attorney of Parsa victims who wanted to sue Parsa. Today I get an email from Moises Aguilar the Attorney stating “we can’t take this case”, so apparently the Bad Guy wins again. No one wants to help us consumers to sue Parsa. What a world we live in. Evil prevails.

I also paid The Parsa Law Group $2650 in APRIL…I only spoke with a rep named Nathan Young 3 times and all he told me was “we are still working on it” and in the end of September was the last time I heard from him. I attempted to contact them via email/phone with no luck!! I am beyond angry and will contact Charlotte as Raney Dixon recomended as we all should to get something done. Reading all the stories has hit so close to home, I still have not been able to get anything done with my loan and am afraid to even try after all that has happened. I am still afraid I am going to loose my home as my lender has not lowered my payment and I am unable to afford my mortgage. I wish you all the best of luck and hope you will all take action as I am!

Gaby.

Correction: I did not mean to imply Moises Aguilar is a scam. Should state: Another frustration and annoyance is that us Parsa Victims are unable to find any attorney or government agency willing to help us receive compensation from Parsa. Parsa is seemingly able to rip consumers off and get away with it. When will justice prevail.

This is very disturbing to read. I am very sorry for anyone who was associated with the Parsa Group. Attorney Parsa deserves no excuse, but I think perhaps the company got too big too fast and could not handle the workload. Either way, the consumers got stabbed in the back by these people.

Loan modifications are legitimate but can be dangerous and you need to trust in your law firm. I have an amazing attorney with a great staff and she gave my file the necessary attention and got me a 5% fixed rate saving me over $800 each month. I was 13 months past due and they stopped my sale date while Wamu/Chase wouldn’t give me a loan mod.

If anyone wants to know a reputable law firm in Beverly Hills with several years experience working with mortgages and can stop your sale date even if it’s the same day, please message me. There is good help out there, don’t let this bad seed tarnish a legitimate industry.

I feel very sorry for the innocent homeowners who got “duped” into believing these people. The truth is, loan modifications are legitimate and very helpful for most homeowners. However, loan modifications are serious and the lenders/servicers are dangerous companies, too large to manage effectively. With the wrong advisor, you can and will lose your home if you are more than 90 days pastdue.

Luckily for me I have an attorney I trust and she has an amazing staff that gives my file the necessary attention. She got me a 2% interest rate, never to exceed 5% and is saving me $800 each month. I was 13 months pastdue and her staff stopped the sale date from happening twice.

If you’d like their contact info, please message me.

Joey and JoJo sound like the same person. SB 94 makes ANYONE collecting any money ILLEGAL in the state of CALIFORNIA for loan modifications.

Parsa was legit. His past caught up with him and SB 94 was the final nail in the coffin.

Von: You are an idiot.

58 joey/jojo December 2, 2009 at 9:27 am

yes I am the same, it didn’t post right away so I re-posted

Strange, I submitted 2 requests to Parsa. One I was able to get a legitimate loan modification on my existing mortgage, the other they were not able to secure an adjustment to my loan. They contacted me to provide a refund and I haven’t seen it in over 4 months. I’m now seeing this is a scam. What legal action is available to me?

60 HOPE December 4, 2009 at 1:51 pm

There is recourse. File a “Client Security Cliam” with the California BAR Association at calbar.ca.gov – the fund is there to cover this kind missappropriation claims caused by criminals like Parsa. I’m filing one today, the Cal Bar rep said it can take up to 12 months to see any payment. Its stressful but at least there is some kind recourse. Do it TODAY, Good Luck!

I signed up with these people as well. I paid $1950 to a person named “Gerardo”. After paying I couldn’t reach him any more. When I called the receptionist she referred me to who she said was their Director Of Clients Acquisitions Emanuel Oncu. Emanuel Oncu started to help me, but when I tried to call him back a few weeks later they said he was no longer with the company and that he left and they referred me to Mike Panzelo. This place is a total scam.

My wife and I are also victims of the Parsa group. We have filed our complaint with the State Bar and received a response yesterday saying that since Parsa has resigned his status as an attorney they cannot do anything to him. We are very frustrated. I have found someone else to help me through the modification process but would like to recover the $3800 that was paid. Has anyone found a class action that is in the works? I have seen the name Charlotte Spadaro on this site. Anyone contact her? I want to be in the right group this time. Please contact me if you have any good information.

63 Moe Bedard February 4, 2010 at 10:55 am

I am sorry to hear about this BS Jon. Your money is probaly long gone.

This is what I would do. This is nothing less than grand theft. Dont matter if he is a lawyer or regular Joe. He took your money and did not do anything. He did not fullfill his oblgations and it appears he has no intention to do so. Go straight to the Orange County District Attorney or local police department where his office was located or where the crime took place and file a police report.

Best of luck!

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH CRAIG M LAVERTY? I PAID FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION. AFTER 10 MONTHS OF NOTHING, I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM MY BANK REJECTING THE MODIFICATION. THEN I GET A LETTER FROM CRAIG M LAVERTY STATING I AM NOT ENTITLED TO MY 100% REFUND. WHAT A JOKE, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. THEY WON’T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. I AM OUT $2950.00. HE’S A CROOK. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY ACTION TO TAKE.

65 Bruce LeeRoy February 23, 2010 at 12:08 am

To JOHN- Who is Craig Laverty and what does he have to do with PARSA?

66 JOHN February 23, 2010 at 11:34 am

GOOGLE CRAIG M LAVERTY. SOMEHOW THE TWO WERE CONNECTED. NOT REALLY SURE HOW.

67 Leroy O. Bama February 23, 2010 at 8:05 pm

John- They are not connected except to silence ERIN BALDWIN. A meddling witch.

68 Tina D March 2, 2010 at 3:27 pm

Parsa has resigned his status as an attorney but has not gotton through so that means that I have to file a former complaint against him then file for a refund but the lady at the state bar said it can take up to 2 years!!! WOW…Son of a Bitch hope he dies in the most painful way for doing this to so many people now I am out of 3400.00 that I didnt even have!!!

69 Regina March 4, 2010 at 3:25 pm

I was ripped off by this guy too, after realizing they were no longer answering the phone or responding to email about the loan modification they had started but not finished, I found a great guy Charles Grace, he took over my case for 1/2 the price did my second for free and got the deal done on my modification in less than 30 days. saved my house. He was professional and they have a web site that they constantly update with what is happening on your case so you can see your paper work and any discussions that are happening with your lendor.

70 what the !@#$ March 4, 2010 at 3:46 pm

His law/loan mod practice had nothing to do with him giving up his license. He did not disclose a crime of moral turpitude. I do not know what happened to him in Nevada, where he was also licensed.
