Update: I was able to get my money back from my credit card by disputing the charge by Parsa Law Group. It took several months though!!! That place was the biggest rip off!!! The only person that was honest and nice to me was Emanuel Oncu who was the director, but I always had to hold a long time to talk to him and then EVEN HE LEFT THE PLACE before James Parsa was disbarred! Just goes to show that they couldn’t even keep there own employees!!!

We lost over 2400 in a chapter 13 bankruptcy filing. Our
paperwork with the state bar was filed in December,2009.

We were taken for $2600.00 last year also. I have not heard anything from anyone. I would like to know if anyone has gotten any $ back.
Please count me in if a class action takes place. I hope someone is out there to help all of us who lost the few dollar we had left.

Has anyone actually recovered any money from the Cal Bar association? I sent my paperwork in a year ago and still nothing. Have all the people like me who got ripped off by Parsa just letting it happen and doing nothing about it? Any lawyers out there want to take on the class-action? What’s the latest?

Has anyone found a class action that is in the works against Parsa Law Group (James M. Parsa)? Please let me know. I lost $6150.00 with this law firm to do a modification, but we had to end to do a short sale?

HOW TO GET BACK FUNDS PAID
File a complaint with state bar at calbar.com. Under “Public Resources” you can find a link to file a complaint. After you do this, find the link for Reimbursement of Fees and apply. There is a Client Security Fund the State Bar has.

OK I WAS SUCK IN TOO TOOK ALL I HAD AND LOST 2,500.00
