Let’s face reality America, you have been scammed in every which way. They got you coming, going and now they are beating you while you are down. All the while you sit there depressed, confused and paralyzed because you don’t know what happened or what to do.
And that is just the way “really good” scam works. It takes your money, your life, hope and your confidence and flushes it down the drain so you feel like a defenseless little chump. Why? Defenseless chumps DO NOT fight back because they are weak and confused.
Do you feel that way? Well stop it and get back that old fire that you used to have because this is NOT your fault. So stop feeling sorry for yourself, get educated and fight back against these criminals!
From that over priced and under water home that Ms. Susie Realtor sold you to Bob at church that sold you a toxic mortgage that is killing you. We must make the people who sold these false American Dream scams accountable.
Our State Attorney Generals nationwide are sending a clear message to loan modification snake oil salesman, “Sell your mortgage oil here and you will get sued or go to prison.”
The problems that law enforcement face are the unemployment and economic causes of these scams. Many scammers were legally selling subprime snake oil for years and making tens of thousands of dollars a month. Now these same salesman are out of work and out of money. Yet, they have the same sales kills that were developed during the subprime gold rush and that is all they have to make a living off of.
Unfortunately for them, there is no legal snake oil to sale in this country so out of necessity, they are committing financial crimes in order to live and put food on the table. I joke about these guys making their beemer payments, but in reality, many are just looking to pay rent and their babies diapers.
Much like areas of the ghetto in our nation where young males feel they have no choice but to commit crimes and sell drugs in order to survive. To them it is a justifiable way of life. Well, now white collar crime has exploded in the middle class and upper class and for the same reasons. This is their justifiable way to survive this recession.
The middle and upper class areas will continue to get hit by clever scams because more of their unemployed neighbors and white collar workers cannot find work and have no real life skills to help feed their families.
So, they will have to figure out ways to steal from you without going to jail and they have A LOT of time on their hands right now. With that said, law enforcement has their jobs cut out for them and you on Main Street have a huge scam target on your head.
The facts are that the scams will get more clever and underground, but they will not stop anytime soon.
