This is a good move by the FDIC, but I am concern why they are not supporting MHA in the loss/share program. I have already had a conversation with them on Friday to ask why they are supporting only components of the program, I have a follow-up call on Monday.

Mr. Bedard. please contact me at the supplied email address.

Wow....I am impressed. This is the best idea I have heard that is compassionate and prudent. This suggestion by the FDIC actually shows a sign that maybe we are beginning to realize that behind the unemployment rate (which is more than a number) are real people who need a ray of sunshine to brighten an otherwise uncertain financial period of time in their lives...and who has not been there at least once in their lives?
