This is the best idea I have heard that is compassionate and prudent. This suggestion by the FDIC actually shows a sign that maybe we are beginning to realize that behind the unemployment rate (which is more than a number) are real people who need a ray of sunshine to brighten an otherwise uncertain financial period of time in their lives...and who has not been there at least once in their lives?
