Struggling Homeowners Take Aim At Bank Of America

One of the banks named was mentioned more than other institutions. Viewers said Bank of America has not given them help they need.

“Their customer service has been horrible,” Tempe resident Shelley Peterson said she first applied for a loan modification last December after losing her job.

Peterson said the company has still not notified her about whether she qualifies for help with her mortgage loan.

“All I do is get the runaround. You can’t get a straight answer,” Peterson said.

Banks and lending institution are in the business of making money, not educating you on how you can reduce your mortgage payment thus generating less revenue for their company.

If you believe otherwise please share your experience. We all could use some glimmers of hope.

1st-Trust.Net starts the process by presenting your lender with a Qualified Written Request (QWR) so that they share everything in your file with us. This initiates a formal process and enhances your chance of receiving the attention you deserve. Once we have gathered your documents and scan them into our system, you are provided with a secure login to our client portal which is updated every time we take an action on your file.

We strive to be as transparent as possible with our clients, this is very much a partnership between our firm and our customers once we engage your lending institution.

We plan on sharing general progress data by lender with any regulatory agency that truly wants to see what these institutions are doing.

1st-Trust.Net is a borrower focused loan modification firm that receives no advance fees for loan modification. We welcome the opportunity to extend you a no fee consultation.

    Thank you for your consideration.

When will the banks learn to work with people and not against them? Lets face it banks are better off to modify your loan and work out the payment arrangements with consumers vs have another foreclosed home in their possession that no one wants to buy. So much for customer service and good pr nowadays …

Hello to everyone who is close to or being FORCLOSED on. I applied for an interest only loan from good old BAC in March of 09. 3months later after a lot of BS the underwriter tells me I’m not showing enough money BUT I can give you a loan at 51/4% that would RAISE my monthly pymt $140. If Iwould have got the 4/0% my payment would have been $377. LESS a month…(int only) but Iwasn’t making enough for that!!! I got another 800#from him and says call them (BAC) they can do anything. When I called I did qualify for loan mod and am still waiting .Its a year now and just received a letter NOTICE OF INTENT TO ACCELERATE from these winners.Been paying in half as they instructed ,for barrance was up end of Feb and they tell me to make my same half pymt for March. All I tryed to do was a refinance to keep my credit from going to hell and am geting nothing but plain old BS from the greedy ones. Folks, we’re not going to make it in this country if it keeps up this way. By the way my credit score is 835. If anyone reads this fine but I tell you I just dont give a dam anymore. They can have my house and shove up where it feels the best!!!!!!!!
