This company is an absolute fraud! I wrote a check for $1000.00 and gave a referral not knowing what I was getting myself into. Dean Dauley even drove all the way out to my house to give his bogus sales pitch on his experience in doing loan modifications. In fact, he even preached I should come in to his office to prove he's legit. I hired him on August 22, 2009. I didn't hear back from him until November 17,2009 requesting an additional $300.00. I've called him 7 times over the past two weeks and still no call back. Dean Dauley and his secretary Nadine are a FRAUD!

We paid the company below $1500 to assist on a refi. They did not provide weekly reports (as stated in the agreement) and after not really working on our refi they asked for an additional $500 to continue 'working' on our case. To add insult to injury, they wanted $100 to return all the documents we provided as well as a 'record' of the work they had done.

Total scam in my opinion.

Nice post! I think it better to have a lawyer by your side when it comes to modifying your loan. They are great at renegotiating your terms with the lender.
