Dayhoff Tue, 03 Nov 2009 15:44:01 +0000 http://loanworkout.org/?p=6634#comment-17857 I have sent a hardship letter,and have done a 3 month trial payback, they(Wells Fargo morgage) has not followed through and when they did the first modification they put all the back fee's ,interest,attorney fee's,late charges and foreclosure charges on the back side of the loan, making the amount more then the actual price of the home.What do I do I have been sending at least the principal amount but they will not work with me, gain because now my husband is out of work and they say they only do one time mod's and we had our chance. I new nothing about all the modification then.
