My husband and I started “working” with Best Interset Rate Mortgage Co. back in March ’09. We paid an enormous amount $1751.00 to be exact to have our loan “modified”. It has been over a year and we still have not completed our modification. Now we can’t even get in touch with the company. Don’t used Birmco. They don’t follow through and just take your money!!!!

One year ago I got the notification in the mail about the govenment doing the loan modifications. I was in the middle of a divorce and the house was in my name, so I knew I would either have to foreclose or get some type of modification done, so I contacted Best Interest Loan. Went through the process and yes paid them 1,200.00. It has been one year and I am still in the loan modification process. I have faxed bank statements and payroll stubs at least 6 times.I was told three weeks ago that it had fianally been sent to Bank America. I have inquired many time about the length of time it has taken, only to get a smart comment that “there are a lot of modifications going on” I am not able to pay my high mortagage payment and so I have a very high over due balance. Including late fees, and everything they stick on there to make life complicated. I want to advise anyone NOT to use Best Interest Mortgage. They took my 1200.00 and I still have NO relief!!

Does anyone know of a “loan modification company” named BlueCreek Financial Group out of Huntingdon Valley Pa.? I’m afraid I’ve been scammed out ouf $2,500.00 for mortgage assistance from them!
