I called Linh Nguyen my negotiator and he tells me that the title could not be in his name because AMHSI owns the property. I go to the county recorders office and I find title in his name.

I started a forbearance agreement with citi residential on oct 20, 2008 and reinstated my loan with 10,000 dollars . In February 2009 American home mortgage services inc took over my account ,I was late on Feb. payment by 30 days on march 20.
I sent a certified check to ahmsi on march 29 I received my returned check from ahmsi claiming that it was in wrong form or not full amount . On april 13 2009 I came home from work to find a 3 day to quit notice on my door.
I called ahmsi and spoke to april she said I could reinstate my for 14 thousand dollars, attorneys fee and late charges. I was never notified of a sale date of my home.
I called c and r title company in Rancho Cucamonga, and Lisa Marken told me that there was a mistake and did anyone from ahmsi call me on this I told her no. She said she would call them I received a letter from ahmsi claiming that the sale was rescinded my attorney said that they gave back the buyer his money.
I never heard about this matter from them.
I called ahmsi they said it was not a sale date set. I applied for a loan mod thru ahmsi a was assigned a negotiator and linh guynen told me that foreclosure would be put on hold till the loan mod was finished . Than
the new making home affordable program came out and I had to start all over.
Meanwhile I am waiting for decision on my loan mod I get three unlawful detainers against me at a cost of ten thousand dollars. I received two letters asking to submit more docs for loan mod. So I submit.

Then I get another unlawful detainer against me from western capitol group. That is who Chris shepherd sold the house to, so. months go buy here I am
thinking they are working on my loan mod,called them in oct 2009 they tell me that there is no loan mod in process and they cant do anything because it has been sold, now all along this time I am beliving that they are working on
loan mod. I need to file a quiet title asap to clear this up .
I have lived in my home for 19 years and I want to keep it ! This is illegal and fraud!!!!
