Is this the same chris shepard of nationwide capital group? see i was in the middle of a shortsale agreement with bofa and shepard investments somehow ended up buying the property before the shortsale went through and now they have filed an unlawful detainer and want me out... i think they had under the table dealings with them because they bought the property for less money than what i was offering and now they want to sell it back to me at 360,000 when they bought it for 220k/....
