We need help desperately!! We have 6 children and we love the neighbors and school we have! we have had this loan for 1 year, and for about 1 year we have been treated like idiots by B of A! I have sent in paper work and took all the “necessary” steps for a “modification” over and over again. Still no progress…..nothing, they have none of my paper work, no record of me requesting a modification…again, nothing!! Our struggle began because my husbands hours were cut dramatically (economy crap), I have been cleaning at night (sometimes ALL night) trying to make up the difference, that’s not going so well!
We are very hard working people, doing ALL we can and we supposedly are perfect candidates for Obama’s “program”. We have recently began dealing with the NACA. I just scheduled our workshop appt. today. Any advice, ideas anything would be greatly appreciated!! if we were to lose our home my Husband, myself and our 6 babies will literally be on the streets!!

Please publish to this lady, first thing first, they got a loan last year, they must make one full year payments to qualify for a loan modification. There in lies the problem, why, have you or anyone on this web site told her that, without the full one year payments, no Loan Modification will be even begun. Please, this lady is out, she needs to pack up and get a Uhaul, this not going away.
If she was in Arizona I could help her but she is not.
