Received Final loan with Chase MHA. Took over a year of pure nightmare and stress. Be prepared to be underwater. I was not underwater before the loan mod now I am. I should of just walked away. Felt like our home was fighting for now after it is said and done. The banks found away to just keep adding up fees on top of fees to get more money. They brag about how many famalies they helped they did lower my payment which I am thankful dont get me wrong but now I am now underwater which I was not before and I will never be able to pay off the house. Again the banks took advantage of the struggling homeowners. I requested the fees that they charged me, still have not received them. hum? good luck to you all. Just prepared.
