Interesting… came across our family name ‘Kubat’ and was surprised to find this out about Curtis… here is the link we found to the court document.

Curtis Melone and Christopher Fox (just for SEO status, let’s say Curt Melone and Chris Fox) have not only caused hundreds of home owners untold grief, but screwed many affiliates out of (what I have added up) hundreds of thousands of dollars… don’t be afraid to publish this… documented info!
Perhaps millions in untold losses of homes from people that PAID for assistance AFTEWR the June 26th D&R. I do believe that enough info is in place that Curt and Chris have 3 square meals per day for a number of years.

Curt and his father have a tumultous relationship and I have heard that his father took alot of money from him. The whole family is probably dysfunctional, who cares. Curt and Chris are slime balls and must pay for raping countless consumers.
Curt is a circus on his own. I am not sure what father you are referring too or dysfunctional. His real father never spent a day with him after that age of 8. Curt’s step father (Kubat) who never took a dime sent him to college and fed him ethical business practices. In which Curt, working for him at the time, demanded money well beyond his pay scale and could receive somewhere else. His stepfather said, “then I would take that offer without a doubt”. Throwing the ball back in Curt’s court he then quit. See the greediness starting to kick in? After not receiving his big pay and the stepfather divorcing his mother, Curt changed his last name to his grandmothers ‘Melone’. So get your facts straight.

Curt has repeatedly talked about his father who “stole” alot of money from him. Which father he referenced who knows, who cares. Who’s side are you on by the way? Curt is an intelligent guy who knows how to f*ck people just enough to not go to jail, and still live like a king. Classic Napoleon complex from a heartless weasel. Just like Fox, they truly dont care about other people or if the product they sell has any actual value. They would sell you a bucket of air for 10k if they could convince you it was worth it.

Iggy, I am confused by your comment on Erickson as I don’t see his name mentioned in this article and I don’t see where Moe has accused Erickson of anything outside of being part of the CA Bar’s case against Green. Now, if you have information or evidence that Erickson has been released, please advise.
If the information on Erickson is wrong, then it needs to be known. I’ve tried emailing Mr. Erickson, and would like to know his side of the story.
It is important to note that there is more than one Gary Erickson, and the Gary Erickson that was involved with GCS is not the Cliff Bar Gary Erickson. There is also another real estate broker named Gary Erickson. It is a fairly common name.
