Finally these two greedy loan modification moguls who disrespected legal authorities nationwide will finally have their day in court. These two well known OC mortgage outlaws are known as Curtis Melone and Christopher Fox. They had operated a series of illegal loan modification firms along with attorney Gary M. Erickson in Orange County, California. Over a two year period, as soon as one company would get the heat on it or complaints, they would immediately shut down the website, change names and they would never miss scamming beat.

Two weeks ago, after failed attempt by the California Dept of Real Estate to get these guys to shut down, the California Bar filed had won a much needed court order over the unauthorized law practices of Curt Melone and Chris Fox. The order froze their operations, bank accounts and the judge mandated that all files be turned over to the California Bar. The Order was filed with with Superior Court of California in Santa Ana.
The date of the hearing is set for today, January 13, 2010 at 1:30 PM and Department 31.
I urge all homeowners, employees and witnesses who were affected by these individuals or companies to attend this hearing.

On January 13 2010, Curtis Melone and Christopher are scheduled to be in Court at 1:30 pm (Department 31) at 700 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana, CA 92701. If you are a victim, the Judge may want to see the expression on your face.
Chris and Curt were a no-show today… the judge made the Interim Orders permenent. Frankly, I can’t wait for them to defy the Judge’s orders. I do enjoy the fact current employees are watching, still reporting the truth…
