Um, do you think it's for criminal defense? Gosh, now why would you have to hire a high powered defense attorney when you are doing above board business. The fee for this attorney is substantial. Talk about REO PROFIT TEAM, LLC, Trilogy Gary Erickson and Patrick Dague, multiple other entities he is involved with. People get to the regulators fast. Complaints are starting to flow into the DRE, CAL BAR, SEC, ATTORNEY GENERAL. Documents filed with regulators as how he had his own agents bring in their real estate clients in for INVESTMENTS and we are not talking the purchase of a home! Court cases have started to be filed in Orange County, San Diego. One case has settled in San Diego and another one pending. There is a victims fund at Cal Bar for the misconduct and losses suffered by victims. Any Information should be sent to regulators as fast as possible. I paid them $5000.00 up front and to this day no results. My mortgage company never heard from GCS either. Is there any recoarse to retreive any of my loss.
