On Saturday, there will be free, foreclosure-prevention workshops in Seattle and Tacoma.
The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is holding its foreclosure-prevention workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 105 14th Avenue in Seattle.
People wishing to register should call 800-368-1455.
Come to a free workshop hosted by the City of Tacoma and learn about the foreclosure process, how to write a hardship letter, what you can do to improve your changes in receiving a loan modification and more. Free child care will be offered on site.
Columbia Legal Services will be available to discuss loan fraud, your legal rights and options.
Certified non-profit Foreclosure Prevention/Default Counselors will be available to discuss options for your mortgage.
