It looks like President Obama is running another illegal loan modification firm. I am wondering how long it will take the FTC and AG to catch up with his the Presidents cunning ability to start foreclosure rescue websites designed to scam homeowners?
OK, all joking aside. These Obama and government look a like websites are fooling a lot of unsuspecting homeowners into divulging their personal data and or thousands of dollars.
Case it point:

Title of website: Obama’s Loan Modification Plan, 2% Mortgage Modifications
Pictures and logos used: Huge picture of the President and unauthorized uses of various big banks
Moe’s analysis: This is nothing more than a lead capture page designed to fool homeowners into filling out these online forms. These forms are called loan modification leads and they are then forwarded to the highest paying bidder or multiple buyers. It doesn’t matter if the buyers are scams because these leads will be sold to anyone who can pay the price per lead.
I urge homeowners to never fill these forms out on website that has no contact information, about page or more information for you to clearly identify who the company and or lawyer is.
The website above is certainly not President Obamas.
You have GOT to be kidding me… Why can’t our government use the super power that they have and shut these slimeballs down? I bet the site is someone from Nigeria or the UK.
