Department of Banking and Finance’s Order to Cease and Desist Issued to Nathan Livingston d/b/a Loan Help Solutions d/b/a www.loanhelpsolutions.net d/b/a Mortgage Help Solutions Becomes Final
Atlanta, Georgia – On February 26, 2010, an Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”) to Nathan Livingston d/b/a Loan Help Solutions d/b/a www.loanhelpsolutions.net d/b/a Mortgage Help Solutions located at 160 Clairemont Avenue, Suite 200, Decatur, Georgia 30030 became final.
This Order to Cease and Desist was issued by the Department after it obtained evidence that Nathan Livingston d/b/a Loan Help Solutions d/b/a www.loanhelpsolutions.net d/b/a Mortgage Help Solutions engaged in residential mortgage brokering/lending activities without a license or under an applicable exemption in violation of O.C.G.A. § 7-1-1002.
Pursuant to Georgia law, it is prohibited for any person to directly or indirectly solicit, process, place, or negotiate mortgage loans for others, or offer to solicit, process, place, or negotiate mortgage loans for others without a mortgage license or pursuant to an exemption from licensure.
It is also prohibited for any person knowingly to purchase, sell, or transfer a mortgage loan or loan application from or to an entity that is not licensed or exempt from licensing or registration provisions.

The Feds need to step in and make the rules in clear black and white and set them in stone
Moe, you have ads up for obamamortgagerelief.org on your site. You keep telling us about how you do whats right. You owe us a real explaination on this one. Don’t blame Google for this.
These ads are from Google and Chitika. If a consumer can’t read my blog, see the warning signs for scams and then perform their own due dilligence, then I can only help them so much. These ads are not by choice, but are randomly rotated through these ad services. If they are a scam, please tell me with supporting facts and I will alert Google or Chitika. Otherwise, I dont think there is someone who has done more for struggling Americans and helped more homeowners on the internet than me. This has been ALL without a dime a of funding. The ads are to pay my bills, since I get no free cash or enough donations to do this day in and day out. If my blogs weren’t here helping homeowners, I GURANTEE, tens of thousands of people would have been scammed and or lost their homes over the last 3 years.
