“Green Credit Solutions had a loose affiliation with a few lawyers. Never really had a lawyer on staff handling the loan modifications. And the one lawyer they did hire to work with them was a suspended Tennessee attorney,” said state bar investigator John Noonen.
The 6,000 plus Green Credit customers came from sales people, called brokers, all across California; including San Joaquin Real Estate and Financial Services in Clovis.
“You don’t take any money?”
“No, we don’t do that,” said a San Joaquin Real Estate and Financial Services employee.

Green Credit Solutions, Guardian Credit Services, Christopher (Chris) Fox, PacWest Funding and Curtis (Curt) Melone have a new game with a new name: International Work Flow.
They can be found at http://www.intlworkflow.com — 866-755-6141. Those having trouble reaching Green Credit Solutions or Guardian Credit Services now have a new number to call if they still want a refund or update on their Debt or Loan Mod.
With terms on their site like “Diversify you market” and “Apply to the Times” you can be sure it’s the same guys. The web site is owned by Nick Gal, longtime IT employee of Curt Melone.
Just to be sure I called the number and spoke to Chris Fox. Yup… it’s them. Looks like another play on CRM software (lead management) and as suggested on their ‘Contact Us’ page: Debt – Mortgage – BK – Credit Repair.
So… are we all ready to do business? Would you like some references?

lol true dirt bags.. I sincerely hope they go to jail for the mod scams. The new office is in Huntington somewhere I believe. Looks like maybe attorney Gary Erickson cut ties with them and is running debt settlement on his own under Erickson Law Group? He must have seen the writing on the wall. Fox and Melone have pissed off just about everone they ever came into contact with. Even so much as writing rubber checks to employees, or still owing Green employees thousands of dollars. Useless human beings they are.

The site is similar to the Green Credit Capital website. I find it absolutely amazing that anyone can download prospectuses off Erickson’s website without first submitting an investor questionnaire. Go ahead and try. Big no-no for unregistered securities.

Both use finders, and I have seen ads for finders posted under employment on Craigslist and Findit. There are also several referral websites.
I never heard what happened to Green Credit Capital or their investments. But I did talk to a woman who has a suit against Gary Erickson in San Diego and claims she lost $600k.
As an attorney, Erickson knew the law, and is also named by the CA Bar. When GCS had their Green Credit Law Center website, Erickson was noted as the attorney.
Trying to explain to some people that having an attorney as an officer or employee and using the words “Law Center” on the website does not make a company a law corporation was futile.
Gary Erickson and Associates Patrick Dague and others. Please for those who have been affected by this, agents that referred clients to the various business ventures. Please contact the California Bar, The SEC, The DRE and Attorney Generals office as soon as possible. Give the facts of your situation pertaining to the transactions. Multiple complaints are being logged.
If within these various entities you were doing above board business, why would you hire a high powered celebrity attorney to defend yourself? Gary has hired The Law Office of Mark Geragos to represent him in the Orange County case. Google the superior court of orange county and the superior court of San Diego. You find court cases in each location. Google the forementioned for more data. Don’t put your head in the sand!

Please people! Do NOT take the shotgun approach! By now everyone knows that the more info you put into the machine, the longer it will take the machine to come to conclusions.
Here’s some simple facts:
1. The DRE said STOP doing Loan mods in June, 2009 (they didn’t).
2. They were raided and everything seized by a consortium led by the State Bar in December, 2009 — shut down.
3. They surrendered their Real Estate Licenses (DRE) in February, 2010.
4. Now the AG’s office has the files (per court order signed April 14, 2010) for a CRIMINAL investigation.
There is only one person to speak to now:

This is the serious part folks. Don’t go anywhere else. This is the man that needs to know. This is the man that hopefully soon will be writing a document called “DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF ARREST WARRANTS.”
The final paragraph in such a document, should it ever exist, would read like this perhaps:
“I therefore request that based upon this Declaration warrants be issued for the arrest of CURTIS JAMES MELONE and CHRISTOPHER FOX who may be dealt with according to law.”
