Rich and Famous Strategic Defaults: Scrubs Star, Donald Faison Facing Foreclosure

What the hell do some of these starts do with all their money? It appears that we may have a new trend of the rich and famous strategically defaulting on their mortgages. This is one class of people that I hope the banks stick it to because many of them do have the ability to pay their mortgages, but they live like rich pigs rolling around in money.

Guess some people don’t know how to handle their $$$$$!

Scrubs star Donald Faison is being sued by Luther Burbank Savings because he has not paid the mortgage on an apartment complex he purchased in Inglewood, CA for $525,000 in 2008.

The bank is looking for $514,657.76 and considering he hasn’t paid since November, they may get it.
