Bank of America adds insult to injury for a woman who lost her home after she thought she had made a deal with the bank to keep it.
Nicole DePuy moved out of her home at the end of July after a battle to keep her home. She thought she had come to an agreement with Bank of America to modify the loan on her Cape Coral home. Even though she started making the payments in March, the bank sold her home anyway!
Still, she kept making the payments and tried to fight for her home in court…but with no luck. DePuy had to move out at the end of July even though she had made months of trial modification payments.
