I have been ban from your site stating due to crap I was doing and I do not know what you are speaking of. I had a virus on my site and had to get a new modem due to that. But I have not being using your site. The last time I was on your site was back in 2007.

NACA is a JOKE! I would not bother them (for anyone reading this that thinks they can help). Found this page today after I was doing research on Bank of America after another News Story last night in Charlotte (041210) indicates now they are trying to improve their “tarnished” image and to begin helping home owners get their loans restructured. My husband and I have been BEGGING for help since December 2008.

My experience with Citi Mortgage has not been as favorable as you report, but I emailed them using the address you provided and will see what happens. Struggling to get loan modified after one year of nightmarish bureaucracy.
